Domane Serrig Vogelsang Grosse Lage 2020
On request only
Domane Serrig Vogelsang Grosse Lage 2020 is a dry white Riesling from the Saar, grown in the monopole Vogelsang vineyard. Its identity is firmly tied to that site: steep slate slopes, a south to south-west exposure and a cool microclimate that allows a long ripening period while keeping the wine taut and precise.
The estate has a story that gives this bottle extra weight. Domane Serrig was founded in 1904 as a Prussian state domaine and was acquired by Markus Molitor in 2016. From 2017 onwards, the Vogelsang vineyard was recultivated and restructured. The 2020 vintage is regarded as the first commercial release of Domane Serrig under Molitor, making it a particularly meaningful starting point for the estate's new chapter.

Domane Serrig Vogelsang Kabinett 2020 is a white German Riesling from the Saar, part of the Mosel wine region. Its identity is closely tied to place: the grapes come from the Vogelsang monopole near Serrig, a steep slope of grey and red slate. The cool Saar microclimate supports slow ripening, helping to preserve the wine's fresh structure and its modest 10.5% alcohol.
The 2020 vintage is especially important because it marked the first release of Domane Serrig after its relaunch under Markus Molitor. The estate itself was once a Prussian state wine domaine, founded in 1904, later privatised and acquired by Molitor in 2016. From 2017 onward, the vineyards were recultivated and restructured, giving this wine the feel of an opening chapter in a renewed story.

Domane Serrig Vogelsang Kabinett 2021 is a white German Riesling from the Saar, within the wider Mosel region. It comes from the Serriger Vogelsang, a monopole vineyard of steep slate slopes and a cool microclimate. That setting defines the wine: low in alcohol, delicately sweet in Kabinett style, yet carried by acidity, salinity and a clear mineral line.
There is a strong estate story behind it as well. Domane Serrig traces back to a former Prussian state domaine founded in 1904 and was later revived by Markus Molitor. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value this bottle as a Riesling where origin is not just a detail on the label, but part of the drinking experience: precise, energetic and unmistakably Saar in feel.
The Kabinett is made from hand-harvested, (…)Dr Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Dry Gg Riesling 2018

Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Dry GG Riesling 2018 is a dry white Riesling from Germany's Mosel region, grown in the VDP.Grosse Lage Wehlener Sonnenuhr near Wehlen. GG stands for Grosses Gewächs: a dry wine from a top classified vineyard, with origin and structure at the centre of the style.
The heart of this wine lies in its old-vine source. The grapes come from very old, ungrafted Riesling vines in the Laichen and Sandpichter parcels of Wehlener Sonnenuhr, with vines over 100 years old on original rootstocks. The blue Devonian slate soil is a key part of the wine's identity, giving it the stony, mineral line that keeps the ripe 2018 vintage firmly in focus.
Fermentation was spontaneous with native yeasts, followed by fermentation in a neutral (…)Dr Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett 2018

Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett 2018 is a white Mosel Riesling from Germany, grown in the renowned Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard near the village of Wehlen. It is made in the classic off-dry Kabinett style: low in alcohol, naturally sweet, but held together by the bright acidity that gives this type of Mosel wine its energy.
Its origin is central to its identity. The grapes come from steep slopes of blue Devonian slate, from ungrafted Riesling vines with an average age of around 60 years. They were selectively hand-harvested and fermented cool in a combination of stainless steel and traditional Fuder casks. The result is a wine that stays light on its feet while carrying real precision and Mosel tension.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the (…)Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese 2018

Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese 2018
In stock
Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese 2018 is a sweet white Riesling from Germany's Mosel, sourced from the renowned Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard near Wehlen. It is an Auslese in the true sense: made from selected, very ripe grapes, with generous sweetness, aromatic depth and the fine tension that makes Mosel Riesling so distinctive.
The Wehlener Sonnenuhr site is described as steep and rocky, with blue slate soils linked to fine structure and pronounced minerality. In the warm, dry 2018 vintage, that background gives the wine a ripe yellow-fruited profile, while the acidity keeps the sweetness lively rather than heavy. That interplay between concentration and freshness is the heart of this bottle.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of wine we would (…)Gunther Steinmetz Piesporter Treppchen Gg 2023

Gunther Steinmetz Piesporter Treppchen GG 2023 is a dry white Riesling from Germany's Mosel region, sourced from the Piesporter Treppchen vineyard near Piesport. Its identity is strongly tied to place: steep terraces, silver-grey weathered slate and old vines of around 90 years give the wine its clearly defined mineral line.
The Am Fels reference points to a specific origin within this steep vineyard setting. The available descriptions consistently highlight the contrast between ripe fruit, fresh acidity and a saline-mineral core. Rather than a simple fruit-driven Riesling, this is a concentrated dry Mosel wine with tension, structure and depth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we place with the more serious side of German Riesling. The (…)Gunther Steinmetz Wintricher Geierslay Kabinett 2023

Gunther Steinmetz Wintricher Geierslay Kabinett 2023
In stock
Gunther Steinmetz Wintricher Geierslay Kabinett 2023 is a white Mosel Riesling with a classic Kabinett feel: low alcohol, gentle residual sweetness and bright acidity keeping everything lively. It comes from the Wintricher Geierslay near Wintrich, a steep slate vineyard, and that origin is reflected in the fresh, mineral line described in the tasting notes.
The appeal here lies in precision rather than weight. The available information refers to vines over 60 years old, and the wine brings together juicy fruit, natural sweetness and stony acidity in a style that remains lifted and finely drawn. It is just above light-bodied within the Kabinett context, yet still very much about tension and clarity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this kind of Mosel Kabinett has a (…)Schloss Johannisberg Goldlack Riesling Trocken 2021 Incl. Box

Schloss Johannisberg Goldlack Riesling Trocken 2021 Incl. Box

Goldlack Trocken 2021 sits at the very top of Schloss Johannisberg's dry Riesling range. It comes from the historic monopole vineyard surrounding the Schloss in Germany's Rheingau, a continuous site planted with Riesling since 1720. For this cuvée, the fruit is drawn from south to south-west facing parcels such as Urban-Wingert, Langenberg and Mönchen Quer.
The cellar work adds depth without turning the wine into a showpiece of oak. The grapes were hand-harvested during the first nine days of October 2021, followed by 48 hours of skin contact. Fermentation took place in large 1,200-litre Stückfässer, made from oak grown in the estate's own forests, before 24 months on fine lees in the Bibliotheca Subterranea, nine metres underground at a cool, steady (…)Schloss Johannisberg Orangelack Riesling Kabinett 2023

Schloss Johannisberg Orangelack Riesling Kabinett 2023

Schloss Johannisberg Orangelack Riesling Kabinett 2023 is a Rheingau Riesling with a very specific sense of place: the Schloss Johannisberg vineyard surrounding the castle in Johannisberg. The estate has been fully devoted to Riesling since 1720, and the Orangelack name refers to its historic use of different wax seal colours to mark quality and ripeness levels.
The 2023 vintage was hand-picked in the first week of harvest from the central part of Johannisberg. Whole bunches were gently pressed in a basket press, followed by fermentation in stainless steel. The wine then spent six months on fine lees in a large 1,200-litre wooden cask made from oak from the estate itself. That combination keeps the wine precise and fresh, while adding a measured sense of depth.

Weingut Robert Weil Monte Nostrum 2022 is a dry white Riesling from the Rheingau, grown in the highest and coolest parcels of the Kiedrich hillside vineyards. The name refers to this elevated setting and to the historic surroundings of the former castellum nostrum near Scharfenstein castle. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a wine that speaks very clearly of place: focused, cool-toned and mineral rather than broad or fruit-driven.
The grapes come from poor, stony soils with a strong presence of phyllite slate, between Turmberg and Gräfenberg and close to the forest edge. Sun exposure, ventilation and day-night temperature differences all play their part here. The fruit was selectively hand-harvested, followed by a short period of skin contact, gentle pressing, (…)
