Whispering Angel 2025 Impériale takes the dry Provence rosé style into a generous 6-litre format. It is the same cuvée in a bottle with much more presence, the kind of format that naturally belongs on a long table, at a summer gathering or during a celebration where a standard bottle would disappear too quickly.The wine comes from Côtes de Provence and is produced by Caves d'Esclans / Château d'Esclans, the estate behind Whispering Angel. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards around the Esclans valley and nearby parts of Provence. Grenache is an important component of the blend, supported by varieties including Cinsault, Rolle and Syrah.
Freshness is central to the way this rosé is made. The grapes are harvested at night, carefully sorted and handled cool, with fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. There is no oak ageing, keeping the focus on pale colour, dry fruit expression and the rounded yet lively texture associated with this style.
