Le Plus de La Fleur de Boüard 2022 is the parcel selection from Château La Fleur de Boüard in Lalande-de-Pomerol. For this cuvée, the estate works with fruit from old Merlot vines, and the 2022 vintage is bottled as 100% Merlot. The grapes come from a gravel-rich ridge with a proportion of clay, a setting the estate links to ripeness and concentration.This is a full, firmly built red Bordeaux rather than a light or early-drinking style. Yields were low, with 25 hl/ha noted for 2022, and production is listed at around 10,000 bottles.
