La Clarté de Haut-Brion Blanc 2022 is a dry white wine from Pessac-Léognan in Bordeaux, made as the second white wine associated with Château Haut-Brion and Château La Mission Haut-Brion. Its fruit comes from the Haut-Brion terroir, giving the wine a clear sense of origin and a direct link to one of Bordeaux's most distinctive white wine settings.The 2022 vintage has its own story. After an early growing season and a hot, dry summer, the white grapes were picked between 17 and 23 August, the second earliest white harvest after 2003. Harvesting took place early in the morning, and the grapes were cooled on arrival at the cellar to protect their aromatic potential. The blend is 53.7% Sauvignon Blanc and 46.3% Sémillon, with 38.2% new barrels used during ageing.
