Chateau Beauregard 2022 is the grand vin of Château Beauregard in Pomerol, Bordeaux. It comes from a 17.5-hectare estate on the south-eastern edge of the Pomerol plateau, with clay and gravel soils, and is certified organic under EU standards.The 2022 blend is 67% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. That Cabernet Sauvignon component is a notable detail: the available vintage information describes 2022 as the first year in which it became part of the grand vin. It was a warm, dry year with early ripening, yet the tasting descriptions still point to freshness and aromatic tension alongside the ripe fruit and concentration.
The winemaking was handled with considerable precision, from manual parcel-by-parcel harvesting and several sorting stages to chilled fruit and parcel vinification in temperature-controlled concrete vats.
