Marmorelle Susumaniello 2021 is a red wine from Salento in Puglia, made from Susumaniello. As a Rosso Salento IGT, it gives this southern Italian grape the spotlight: this is a single-varietal wine, shaped around the character of Susumaniello rather than a broader blend.It is produced by Società Agricola Marilù from Brindisi as part of the Marmorelle range. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, followed by full malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in steel with a short period in bottle, so the emphasis remains on fruit, freshness and regional expression rather than confirmed oak influence.
