Château d'Esclans Garrus Rosé 2021 shows a more serious side of Provence rosé. This dry, full-bodied wine from Côtes de Provence comes from the estate vineyards of Château d'Esclans, with a significant contribution from very old Grenache vines. Garrus is presented as the estate's top cuvée, made for depth, texture and presence rather than simple, easy-drinking freshness.Its style is shaped by fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels, supported by regular bâtonnage to build body and a smoother finish.
