Di Sipio Terre di Chieti Pecorino 2025 is a dry white wine from Abruzzo with a distinctly regional voice. It comes from the Terre di Chieti IGT area in the province of Chieti, where Di Sipio is based in Ripa Teatina, between the Adriatic coast and the inland hills.Made entirely from Pecorino, the wine is vinified without oak, with stainless steel and bottle ageing keeping the focus on freshness and aromatic clarity. Gentle pressing, short skin contact and cool fermentation all support that style: clean, bright and driven by acidity rather than weight.
