Altano White brings out the fresh white-wine side of the Douro. This is not white port, but a dry still white wine from Portugal, made by the Symington family. Its grapes come from higher-altitude vineyards, where cooler conditions help preserve aromatic lift and natural freshness.Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Moscatel Galego and Arinto shape the blend, giving the wine its bright fruit expression and lively acidity. Four months in stainless steel keep the focus firmly on purity and freshness, without any stated oak influence.
