About EDRADOUR
Edradour is a small, picturesque distillery in the south of the Highlands. It is located in the village of Pitlochry, where the highway from Glasgow and Edinburgh to the north comes together. That is why it was for a long time one of the most visited distilleries in Scotland. Currently, however, the visitor center is closed. The distillery was significantly expanded in 2018, so there are now actually two distilleries present on the site. In addition to unpeated Edradour single malt, a peated single malt is also produced in limited quantities, under the name Ballechin. The owner of the distillery is Andrew Symington, who, with his brand Signatory, is also one of the most influential independent bottlers in Scotland.
