About DOLIN
Dolin is a French brand that is especially known for its traditional vermouths, which originate from the Savoie region. Since its founding in the mid-19th century, Dolin has produced vermouth according to authentic recipes, paying great attention to the selection of herbs and plants from the surrounding Alps. The brand still operates independently in Chambèry, a city that has a protected designation of origin for vermouth and is thus unique within France. Dolin distinguishes itself by using light, fresh styles of vermouth that are often characterized by a subtle floral and slightly bitter taste, making these products popular among bartenders and enthusiasts who are looking for classic cocktails or simply a refined aperitif. In addition to the well-known vermouth blanc and rouge, the range also includes other styles such as dry vermouth, always with an emphasis on balance and elegance. Dolin's approach remains true to its roots and represents a beautiful combination of French tradition and craftsmanship.
