Vermouth di Torino is made according to a process protected since 2017 to guarantee quality. All vermouths from Marolo comply with the requirements of this process. They even go a step further, as they rely on an original recipe from Domenico Ulrich from 1854. Only wines from Piemonte are used and the other ingrediänts are processed according to traditional methods. In this way, Marolo remains true to the philosophy they also follow for their grappa: by using local products and methods, they represent the spirit of the land where they live.
