About SUZE
Suze is a French herbal liqueur that has been a staple in the bitters and aperitif category since the end of the 19th century. The recipe is based on gentian root, a plant known for its bitter flavor notes. Gentian has been used in bitters in Europe for centuries, but Suze was the first to introduce this taste as a standalone liqueur in 1889.
