When Stephan Berg and Alexander Hauck, bartenders from Munich, visited the London Bar Show in 2006, they got the idea to start making and distributing cocktail bitters themselves, because these were so hard to find in Germany. Since making that decision, they have become a fixture in the cocktail world.
