The liqueurs of FAIR are made with, among others, acai and goji berries. Acai berries typically grow in the rainforests of the Amazon and contain many antioxidants, fibers, and healthy fats. The essence of the berries is obtained through a maceration process. Slow and progressive reduction by adding fairtrade liquid sugar, natural aroma, and demineralised water to achieve perfect harmonisation. The goji berries come from the Himalayas; after harvesting they are shipped to France where their essence is obtained by extraction.
