Their products (grappa, amaro, etc.) are made with harvests from the best local vineyards in the Langhe, Monferrato, and Roero regions, recognized as world heritage sites by UNESCO. Here you find wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, and Moscato D'Asti. Marolo stands for the spirit of the land and loyalty to its origins. Distillation is done according to the bain-marie process in small batches. They take their time, so that the flavors are optimally absorbed.
