Blanc de Lynch-Bages 2021 is a dry white Bordeaux from Château Lynch-Bages in Pauillac, a property far better known for red wine, yet one that has produced this white cuvée since 1990. That gives it an interesting place in Médoc history, among the early white wines made by a Cru Classé estate.
The 2021 blend is led by Sauvignon Blanc, with Sémillon and a small proportion of Muscadelle adding shape and nuance. That explains the wine's combination of bright aromatic lift, rounded texture and a more structured feel on the palate. The white grapes come from around seven hectares of vines within the historic Lynch-Bages terroir.

Blanc de Lynch-Bages 2022 is a dry white Bordeaux from Château Lynch-Bages in Pauillac, the estate of the J.-M. Cazes family. Lynch-Bages is best known for its red Pauillac wines, yet this white has built a clear identity of its own. First released commercially in 1990, it belongs to the early wave of white wines produced by a Médoc Grand Cru Classé estate.
The 2022 vintage is made from sauvignon blanc, sémillon and muscadelle, with sauvignon blanc taking the lead. The grapes come from Garonne gravel soils and were harvested by hand, with careful selection in the vineyard and again on the sorting table. Even in a vintage marked by early growth and extreme climatic conditions, the grapes reached full ripeness while keeping their freshness.
