Milk & Honey Dead Sea
On request only
Milk & Honey Dead Sea is a single malt with a firm, direct presence. Distilled on 4 November 2018 and aged for 3 years, it is bottled at 56.5%, giving it a notably powerful delivery for such a young whisky.
The oak cask maturation gives it a wooden frame, though the supplied profile points more strongly towards spice than heavy wood influence. Fruit and floral notes sit in a lighter supporting role, while peat smoke is not part of the main picture. The result is a whisky built around strength, spice and clear single malt character rather than softness or smoke.
With 4512 bottles released, this is a defined bottling rather than a standard everyday expression. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as an engaging choice for drinkers who enjoy discovering (…)Stalk & Barrel Single Malt Cask Strength

Stalk & Barrel Single Malt Cask Strength

Stalk & Barrel Single Malt Cask Strength shows Canadian single malt in a notably powerful form. Bottled at 60.2% and presented at cask strength, it does not lean on an age statement; the focus is on the whisky's strength, its bourbon cask background and the directness of the style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone wanting to explore Canadian whisky beyond the more familiar gentle expressions. The bourbon cask gives it a measured wood influence, while the supplied flavour profile places spice clearly at the centre, supported by lighter fruity and floral notes.
With only the last bottles remaining, it has a more specific place in the selection. The profile does not point towards peat smoke or salinity, but (…)Starward Ginger Beer Cask #7 Incl. Box

Starward Ginger Beer Cask #7 is an Australian single malt with a distinctly playful edge. It is the seventh release in Starward's Ginger Beer Cask project and, according to the supplied information, the most expressive version so far.
The story begins with ginger beer made at the distillery itself. That ginger beer spent six months in former Starward casks, after which whisky from red wine and Apera casks was finished in those ex-ginger beer casks. It gives the whisky a very specific identity: not simply a finish for novelty's sake, but a layered meeting of Starward's whisky style with the bright spice and freshness of ginger beer.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy whisky with a clear point of difference. Ginger runs (…)Braeckman Sg'07 13y N°99 50cl

Braeckman Sg'07 13y N°99 is a Belgian grain whisky with a very clearly defined identity: distilled in 2007, aged for 13 years and bottled at 46% in a 50 cl bottle. With a total outturn of 264 bottles, it feels much more like a small, focused release than a standard shelf whisky.
The Bourbon Barrel maturation gives the whisky its frame, while the grain whisky style remains at the centre. According to the supplied profile, spice is the main thread, supported more gently by wood, fruit and floral notes, without peat or salinity taking part in the composition.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Braeckman stands out as a Belgian whisky with a vintage, an age statement and a numbered release to give it context. The last-bottles indication mainly reinforces the (…)Braeckman Sg'07 13y N°98 50cl

Braeckman Sg'07 13y N°98 is a Belgian grain whisky distilled in 2007, matured for 13 years and bottled at 46%. It is the kind of release that gives Belgian whisky a very specific face: dated, limited and clearly positioned rather than anonymous.
The Bourbon Barrel maturation forms an important part of its identity, but the small scale is just as relevant. With 293 bottles produced and only the last bottles remaining, N°98 has the feel of a concise release rather than a regular ongoing expression. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value whiskies like this because they give customers a concrete, Belgian bottling to explore, with enough detail to understand where it comes from.

The Oloroso finish is the key element in its maturation story. The supplied flavour profile points to a whisky where spice has the main voice, supported by lighter fruity, floral and woody tones. Bottled at cask strength, 60.2%, it keeps close to the intensity of the cask.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Nova as a good example of how Australian whisky can bring its own voice to the shelf. Its profile is led by spice, supported by gentler fruity, floral and woody notes.
