Ardmore 2011 14y (Signatory Vintage 100 Proof)
On request only
Ardmore 2011 14y is a Highland single malt bottled by Signatory as part of the Vintage 100 proof series. Distilled in 2011 and matured for 14 years, it comes at 57.1%, giving the whisky a firm and direct presence.
The Oloroso Sherry cask is central to its identity. The profile points towards clear wood influence and spice, with fruit playing a quieter supporting role. A light peated note adds definition without taking over the whisky's Highland character.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of independent bottling we like for its focused personality: a specific Ardmore, shaped by sherry cask maturation and bottled with real strength. With only the last bottles remaining, it is also a release that feels increasingly finite.

Amrut Master Distillers Reserve Incl. Box

Amrut Master Distillers Reserve shows Indian single malt through the lens of one individual cask. Bottled at 50% and finished in sherry cask, it feels more like a focused cask selection than a broad, everyday expression.
The profile is led by wood and spice, with fruit playing a quieter supporting role and a light touch of peat in the background. The sherry finish adds an extra cask dimension, but the available information points more towards structure and spice than towards an overtly sweet or heavily fruity whisky.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, single cask releases like this are valued for the way they capture one particular side of a distillery. With only the last bottles remaining, this Amrut has the appeal of a limited snapshot: no age statement, but a clear (…)Jack Daniels Single Barrel Mini

Jack Daniels Single Barrel Mini
Temporarily sold out
Jack Daniels Single Barrel Mini brings the Single Barrel side of Jack Daniels into a smaller bottle. It is a Tennessee whiskey from the United States, presented at 45%, with the focus placed on the influence of an individual barrel rather than a broad house blend.
New oak gives this whiskey its main direction. Wood and spice are clearly present, with a lighter fruity note in support. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this mini as a neat way to explore a more cask-focused Jack Daniels expression without committing to a full-size bottle.
Additional information about the brand can be found at https://www.jackdaniels.com/

Four Roses Small Batch Limited Edition 2024

Four Roses Small Batch Limited Edition 2024 is an American bourbon with a clear sense of focus: a limited release within the Small Batch line, bottled at a substantial 54.1% ABV. That strength gives the whiskey real presence in the glass, without needing to dress it up with unnecessary claims.
American Oak is central to its identity. The profile points to a bourbon where wood and spice are clearly expressed, with fruit playing a supporting role rather than taking over. It comes across as a structured, warm and oak-driven style within the Four Roses range.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bourbon we would place in front of someone looking for a Small Batch release with more intensity and definition. The Limited Edition 2024 name also matters: this (…)Corsair Oatrage

Corsair Oatrage is an American whiskey with a clear sense of personality. The name already suggests something a little different, and the profile follows that same line: bottled at 50%, with wood and spice taking the lead rather than a soft, anonymous style.
American Oak gives this whiskey its firm backbone. With no age statement at the centre of the story, the focus shifts to flavour and presence. A lighter fruity note sits in the background, while the oak-driven and spicy elements shape the main impression.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that stands out for customers looking beyond the most obvious American whiskey choices. With only the last bottles remaining, Corsair Oatrage is a particularly timely discovery for those who want to (…)Belgrove 2016 #170216 (Berry Bros)

Belgrove 2016 #170216 (Berry Bros)

Belgrove 2016 #170216 is the kind of rye whisky that immediately gives you something to talk about. This Tasmanian single cask bottling was selected for Collective#1 by Berry Bros. & Rudd, the British independent bottler bringing together spirits from around the world with a shared willingness to challenge convention and reduce their impact on natural resources.
The story at Belgrove Distillery is especially hands-on. Pete Bignell grows his own rye, built his own stills and fires them with used cooking oil. According to the supplied information, the distillery operates almost as a closed loop, with bio-oil as the only outside input and whisky as the only output. That gives this rye a very distinctive identity before you even pour a glass.

Armorik Dervenn Limted Edition 2016

Armorik Dervenn Limited Edition 2016 is a French single malt with a clear and focused identity: distilled in 2012, aged for four years and finished in new oak. That New Oak Finish gives the whisky a pronounced woody and spicy side, while a lighter fruit note keeps the profile from becoming one-dimensional.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of release we like to present as a snapshot of a distillery style rather than just another age statement. With 1500 bottles produced and only the last bottles remaining, it has the feel of a limited release that captures a particular moment in Armorik's development.
Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its richer tones. The emphasis is not on a heavily peated style, but on new oak influence, spice, (…)Jim Beam Kentucky Dram 1l

Jim Beam Kentucky Dram 1l

Jim Beam Kentucky Dram 1l presents the Jim Beam name in a generous one-litre bottle, with a clear American whiskey identity. Its United States origin and the Kentucky reference in the name place it firmly in that American whiskey setting, while the product itself does not rely on an age statement for its positioning.
The key element here is American Oak. The wood influence gives the whiskey its main structure, supported by lighter spicy and fruity accents. At 40% alcohol, it remains straightforward in style, and the litre format makes sense for anyone who likes to keep a familiar American whiskey close at hand.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Jim Beam remains one of those names customers recognise quickly within the American whiskey range. This Kentucky Dram (…)Bowmore 26y Trilogy

Bowmore 26y Trilogy is a Scottish single malt from Islay with a strong sense of age, cask influence and rarity. At 26 years old, matured in a wine cask and bottled at 48.7%, it clearly sits apart from everyday releases.
Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, this Bowmore stands out because it combines maturity with limited availability. The collectors item indication and the fact that these are the last bottles give it a particular presence on the shelf, without needing any exaggerated claims.
The style points towards a whisky where wood, spice and fruit have a clear role, while peat remains more restrained. Rather than presenting itself as a heavily smoky Islay malt, it reads as a mature Bowmore shaped by wine-cask ageing, fruit depth and a subtle (…)Ichiro's Mizunara Wood Incl. Box

Ichiro's Mizunara Wood is a Japanese blended malt with a very clear point of focus: maturation in Mizunara, the renowned Japanese oak. It is a vatted malt from Hanyu and Chichibu, shaped more by the influence of this wood than by an age statement.
The Mizunara element is not just a technical detail here. The product information places the character of this precious wood at the centre, and the flavour profile supports that direction: wood and spice are clearly present, with fruit playing a lighter supporting role.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Japanese whisky we would present to someone interested in wood influence, composition and a distinctive maturation style rather than peat or age alone. Bottled at 46.5%, it has enough presence to carry (…)Brora 40y

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that naturally draws attention from people looking for something scarce and significant. Only 1819 bottles were released, and the remaining stock is among the last bottles. Its status as a collector's item is supported by that combination of age, limited availability and the Brora name on the label.

Benriach 1994 28y #1290 is a Speyside single malt with a very defined identity: a peated Benriach from an oloroso sherry butt, filled on 15 July 1994 and bottled in early 2023 after 28 years of maturation.
Its appeal lies in its precision. This is not a broad release, but a single cask bottling from cask #1290, presented at cask strength at 48.1%. Only 524 bottles were drawn, giving this whisky the feeling of a specific moment captured from one individual cask.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value releases like this because they show how much personality can sit inside a single malt when age, cask and distillery character are allowed to speak clearly. It remains rooted in Speyside, yet the peated style and oloroso sherry butt add depth, spice, fruit and gentle (…)Highland Park 21y Incl. Box

Highland Park 21y is a Scottish single malt from Orkney where age and cask influence shape the conversation. With 21 years behind it, it sits firmly in mature whisky territory, while the use of sherry and bourbon casks adds breadth rather than pushing the whisky into one narrow style.
The appeal here is in the way the elements are measured. Oak is clearly part of the profile, supported by gentler notes of fruit, spice and a light touch of peat. It gives the whisky a developed, composed character without making smoke the dominant theme.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Highland Park 21y as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy older Scottish single malts where maturation, island origin and restrained peat are all part of the experience. Bottled at 46%, it has enough (…)Glenrothes Elders Reserve

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would introduce as a more composed Glenrothes rather than a loud or showy dram. The Elders Reserve name sits naturally with the 18-year age statement: it suggests a whisky where time in cask is central to the experience.
The available profile points clearly towards wood and spice as the main flavour themes, with fruit playing a supporting role. There is no indication here of peat smoke or salinity, so the focus remains firmly on Speyside single malt maturity (…)Tobermory 2004 Oloroso

The flavour profile points towards noticeable wood and spice, with fruit playing a supporting role. That makes it a whisky with a more composed, cask-led character, rather than one built around smoke or salinity.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Speyside malt for drinkers who enjoy more grip and concentration in the glass. It is the kind of whisky to take time with, and a little water can be used to adjust the strength to personal taste.

Kyrö Wood Smoke gives Finnish rye whisky a very clear voice. It is made from 100% malted Finnish whole rye, so the grain sits right at the heart of the whisky. Its smoke comes from an old Scandinavian tradition, with the malt smoked over alder wood in a centuries-old barn.
That detail matters in the glass. The whisky carries a warm, spicy rye character, supported by wood smoke rather than overwhelmed by it. Double distillation in pot stills keeps the style close to its craft roots, while maturation in ex-bourbon oak, French oak and new American oak adds further depth and wood influence.
