Penderyn 10y Artist presents Welsh single malt through the lens of one individual cask. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2020, it spent 10 years in a bourbon barrel before being selected for La Maison du Whisky's Artist Collection.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we see as interesting because it is so specific. It is a single cask release, bottled at cask strength at 60.8%, with only 211 bottles drawn from that barrel. With the last bottles remaining, it has the feel of a small, clearly defined release rather than a standard expression.
