Clos des Lunes Lune d'Argent 2022 is a dry white Bordeaux with an origin that immediately makes it stand out. It comes from the Sauternes area, a place historically associated with sweet wines, yet Clos des Lunes uses these terroirs to craft dry white wines with freshness, texture and precision.
The 2022 blend is 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. That balance defines the wine: Sémillon brings body and a satin-like roundness, while Sauvignon Blanc adds lift, clarity and freshness. The fruit comes from the Clos des Lunes estate, spread across the hilly terroirs of Sauternes, Bommes and Barsac.

Clos des Lunes Lune d'Or 2022 is a dry white Bordeaux with a distinctive origin: it comes from the Sauternes area, interpreted here through the lens of dry white wine rather than sweetness. Lune d'Or is the most selective cuvée from Clos des Lunes, produced in limited quantities from carefully chosen grapes grown on old vines.
The 2022 blend is 70% sémillon and 30% sauvignon blanc, bringing together breadth, aromatic lift and freshness. Harvesting is done by hand in successive passes, with a particularly strict selection for this cuvée. The winemaking follows a precise, careful path: slow pneumatic pressing, natural settling by gravity, then 12 to 15 months on fine lees in barriques with regular bâtonnage.
