What does the loyalty programme entail?

As a private customer, you can earn tokens for most purchases on our webshop. The number of tokens is shown in advance with each product. The number of tokens you earn per product can vary.

The tokens you have earned from previous purchases can be used later to get access to (very) exclusive and/or limited releases. The amount of tokens you need to deploy to gain access to a particular reference will depend on reference to reference.

We are particularly committed to matching bottles and enthusiasts, and therefore take active steps to prevent unique releases from being snatched away by speculators. We are convinced that the loyalty points system we offer can partly help ensure that everyone who loves and is passionate about our product also has a fair chance of getting unique releases and does not always have to rely on (inter)national online marketplaces to do so.

I am a business customer

To give private enthusiasts a fair chance to obtain unique bottles, we made the choice to exclude business customers from our loyalty programme by definition. After all, wholesalers, import/export companies, bottle shippers and retailers would gain an unfair advantage over aficionados thanks to their volumes and financial clout, and this would jeopardise the whole concept.

Every business customer will therefore be screened on their first order, and depending on this screening, it will be decided whether this customer account will still get access to the loyalty programme. In this way, we would like to leave the door ajar for the numerous non-profit organisations, small-scale organisers of tastings and companies that for other reason(s) wish to receive a VAT invoice for their purchases.

Abuse

If abuse is detected by the customer, this customer will be excluded from the loyalty programme. Any accumulated loyalty points will in that case immediately expire, and the customer will no longer earn new tokens on his future purchases.

For example: Placing fake purchases with the aim of artificially increasing the loyalty credit and later returning these purchases will be considered a serious abuse of the loyalty programme, and will result in a permanent exclusion of the customer account concerned and all existing and future accounts linked to it.

Returns and right of withdrawal

When you return a product to us, the loyalty tokens you originally earned from it will be immediately deducted from your customer account.

Please note that, should your point balance become negative due to this return, your order will only be refunded in the form of shopping credit on our webshop.
