Chateau Sissan Grande Reserve 2021 is a dry red Bordeaux from Cadillac-Côtes de Bordeaux, led by Merlot and supported by Cabernet Sauvignon. It carries the feel of a ripe, structured Bordeaux blend, with fruit at the centre and enough firmness to keep its regional identity clear.
The Grande Reserve cuvée is made from selected parcels at Château Sissan. The vines grow on southwest-facing slopes with gravel-rich soils, and the estate works with deliberately limited yields and a late harvest to bring in ripe grapes. Each parcel is vinified separately, allowing the different elements of the Sissan terroir to be handled with precision before the final blend is assembled.
