Brumes de La Tour Blanche is the château's lighter, fresher cuvée. It is made from a selection of less concentrated juices gathered through successive manual pickings, using the traditional Sauternes varieties: sémillon, sauvignon blanc and muscadelle. Stainless steel vinification supports the style, keeping the emphasis on purity, fruit and liveliness rather than heavy concentration.

Château La Tour Blanche 2022 Demi is a 37.5 cl half bottle of Sauternes from Bordeaux, made by a château ranked among the Premiers Crus Classés of 1855. The smaller bottle size suits this style well: concentrated, carefully made and often enjoyed in measured servings with a thoughtful food pairing or a quiet after-dinner moment.
The 2022 vintage has a distinctive background. It was a dry and very warm year, with noble rot developing favourably only in October. The grapes were hand-picked in three tries between 24 and 29 October, underlining the selective nature of Sauternes production. The blend is 85% sémillon, 10% sauvignon blanc and 5% muscadelle, with maturation in new barriques.
