Domaine de Baron'Arques 2019 Rouge is the Grand Vin rouge from Domaine de Baronarques in Limoux, Languedoc. The estate is based in Saint-Polycarpe and belongs to the Rothschild family through Baron Philippe de Rothschild. That background gives the wine an intriguing position: it is not Bordeaux, yet it brings together Bordeaux varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon with Syrah and Malbec in a clearly Limoux setting.

Domaine de Baron'Arques 2020 Blanc is a dry white wine from Limoux in the Languedoc, built mainly on Chardonnay with a small proportion of Chenin Blanc. It has the generosity one can associate with its southern French origin, yet the vineyards around Saint-Polycarpe sit at 250 to 350 metres, where Atlantic and Mediterranean influences meet and the nearby Pyrenees help moderate the heat.
The 2020 vintage gives this wine a particularly clear identity. A wet spring was followed by a hot, dry summer, and the white grapes were picked from 24 August, the earliest white harvest in the estate's history. The fruit was brought in under good conditions, giving the wine a foundation of ripeness supported by freshness.

La Capitelle de Baronarques 2015 is the second red wine of Domaine de Baronarques, from Limoux in the Languedoc. It is made from estate-grown fruit around Saint-Polycarpe and brings together merlot, cabernet franc, syrah and malbec. That blend gives the wine its particular identity: part Bordeaux-influenced structure, part southern French warmth.
The vineyards sit at 250 to 350 metres above sea level, shaped by Mediterranean and Atlantic influences, with cooling air from the Pyrenees. The 2015 growing season was early and healthy, with warm spring and summer conditions followed by steady ripening before harvest. Grapes were hand-picked, carefully sorted and moved by gravity into the tanks.

La Capitelle de Baronarques 2023 Blanc is a Chardonnay from Limoux, made at Domaine de Baronarques near Saint-Polycarpe in the Languedoc. The vineyards sit at 250 to 350 metres altitude, in an area influenced by both Atlantic and Mediterranean climates. That setting is part of the wine's appeal: ripe fruit is present, but so are freshness, lift and a mineral line.
Domaine de Baronarques is owned by the Rothschild family and works with hand harvesting, careful selection and ageing on the estate. For this 2023 white La Capitelle, Chardonnay is aged with a proportion of new barriques.
