Ardmore 2010 10y Sv Nectar (Signatory - Cask Collection) Tube Incl.

On request only

Ardmore 2010 10y SV Nectar is a Highland single malt built around the individuality of one cask. Distilled on 6 May 2010 and bottled on 14 September 2020, it spent 10 years in a bourbon barrel before being released by Signatory as part of the Cask Collection. Rather than presenting a broad house style, this bottle captures one specific cask at one specific point in time.

Only 217 bottles were produced, and with the last bottles now in circulation, its limited nature is very clear. At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are especially interesting because they show how direct and characterful an independent single cask whisky can be when bottled at cask strength.

At 59.2%, this Ardmore has real presence. The profile leans clearly towards fruit and spice, (…)

Bowmore 2003 17y (The Single Malts Of Scotland)

In stock

Bowmore 2003 17y is an Islay single malt with a very clearly defined origin: distilled on 12 December 2003, bottled on 29 July 2021, and drawn from a single bourbon barrel. Rather than presenting a broad house-style blend, it captures one individual cask at one particular point in its maturation.

At 17 years old and bottled at cask strength, 54.9%, it keeps close to the character of that barrel. Only 209 bottles were released, and with the last bottles now in view, its small-scale nature becomes part of the appeal. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would point out to someone who enjoys single malts with a transparent story: one distillation, one cask, one limited bottling.

The bourbon barrel sets the maturation background, while the (…)

Ben Nevis 10y Incl. Box

In stock

Ben Nevis 10y is a Highland single malt with a character that resists simple description. Produced at the Ben Nevis distillery near Fort William, it is presented as dry, robust and full-bodied, with a style that does not feel polished into anonymity.

There is also an interesting story behind this 10-year-old release. It is a small-batch bottling mainly intended for the Japanese market, and the distillery itself is owned by Nikka. As one of the few official bottlings from Ben Nevis, it has a particular place at Drankenshop Broekmans for drinkers who enjoy discovering a more individual Highland malt.

Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its firm, malt-driven personality. Oak cask maturation frames the whisky, while the tasting character moves through (…)

Compass Box This Is A 10y Old (Compass Box Limited Edition)

In stock

Compass Box This Is A 10y Old is a Scottish blended malt with a clear idea behind it. With this 10-year-old whisky, Compass Box marks ten years of commitment to transparency in the whisky world. That sits very naturally with the way we like to discuss whisky at Drankenshop Broekmans: with attention to what is actually in the glass and how it came to be.

The recipe brings together Clynelish, bought immediately after distillation and then matured in casks selected by Compass Box, with two malts from Ardnamurchan. That gives this limited Compass Box release more than just an age statement; it tells a story of selection, origin and maturation.

Bottled at 50.5%, without chill filtration and without added colouring, it stays close to its natural form. The release (…)

Bowmore 19y Pinot Noir Finish Incl. Box

Only 3 left in stock!

Bowmore 19y Pinot Noir Finish brings together mature Islay single malt character and a wine-cask finishing style. The 19 years of age give it a sense of development, while the Pinot Noir Finish points the whisky towards fruit and spice rather than a heavily peated profile.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Bowmore we would introduce to someone looking for Islay character with more nuance. The island signature is still there through gentle peat and a light salty touch, but it sits behind the fruit, spice and subtle wood influence.

Bottled at 43%, it keeps a composed style. The combination of Bowmore, Islay origin, 19 years of maturation and Pinot Noir finishing gives this single malt a clear identity without needing to be forceful.

Wolfburn Let It Snow

On request only

Wolfburn Let It Snow is a Highland single malt from Scotland with a name that naturally brings a winter mood to mind. With no age statement, the focus is less on a number and more on the style in the glass: a 46% whisky with enough strength to carry its fruity and spicy side clearly.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Wolfburn stands out for the way its main flavours are supported by gentler accents. Fruit and spice are the most prominent elements, while wood, floral notes, a light salty edge and a subtle touch of peat stay in the background. It gives the whisky a layered feel without pushing it into a heavy style.

As these are the last bottles, Let It Snow has become one of those releases that will not remain part of the selection indefinitely. More information (…)

The Epicurean Peated Ed. (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

In stock

The Epicurean Peated Edition adds a smoky angle to the classic Lowland style associated with The Epicurean. It keeps that sense of elegance, but introduces a subtle layer of peat smoke that gives the blended malt a more distinctive and slightly earthier personality.

Released by Douglas Laing as part of the Regional Malts range, this small batch is limited to around 1,800 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we find this kind of bottling particularly engaging because it shows how a familiar whisky style can gain depth from peat without letting smoke take over completely.

Bottled at natural cask strength of 50.5%, without colouring and without chill filtration, it stays close to its original form. The result is a more characterful take on The Epicurean, with (…)

Bowmore 18y Aston Martin

Temporarily sold out

Bowmore 18y Aston Martin is an Islay single malt with age and sherry maturation at the centre of its identity. At 18 years old and bottled at 43%, it sits in a more mature register, with the sherry influence pointing the whisky towards fruit and spice rather than sheer peat intensity.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Bowmore we would introduce as a refined Islay expression: still carrying a touch of coastal, smoky character, yet with clear fruitiness and spice forming the main thread. Gentle wood, light floral notes and a salty accent add supporting detail without taking over.

The Aston Martin name gives this edition its own place within the Bowmore range. With only the last bottles remaining, it is particularly relevant for anyone specifically (…)

Yoichi 10 Years New Incl. Box

In stock

Yoichi 10 Years New brings an important part of Japanese whisky history into the glass. This single malt comes from Yoichi, Nikka's first distillery, founded in 1934 on the island of Hokkaido. That setting matters: Hokkaido's climate is described as reminiscent of Scotland, giving this ten-year-old Yoichi a distinctive place among Japanese single malts.

The new version is marked by freshness and a fiery edge. Fruit and spice shape the main impression, while a discreet touch of peat adds depth without taking over. At 10 years old and 45%, it feels lively, developed and direct rather than overly polished.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Japanese single malt with a clear identity: rooted in Nikka's first distillery, shaped by Hokkaido, and built (…)

Starward Single Cask #14384 The Nectar Incl. Box

In stock

Starward Single Cask #14384 The Nectar is an Australian single malt with a very direct sense of place and cask. Drawn from one individual cask and bottled at cask strength, it carries its 54.8% ABV with the kind of presence you expect from a whisky left close to its natural form. Only 286 bottles came from this cask, and with the last bottles now remaining, it feels like a tightly defined snapshot rather than a broad, polished release.

Distilled in December 2017 and bottled in August 2022, this 4-year-old whisky was wine matured. That gives the release its setting, but the real point of interest is cask #14384 itself. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like bottlings like this because they show a more specific side of a producer: less about a standard house expression, more about (…)

Ardnamurchan 10y 2025

On request only

Ardnamurchan 10y 2025 is a Highland single malt that keeps the distillery character firmly in view. The AD/10 Years Old 2025 Release sits alongside the Heritage Barley Release, but it brings its own point of interest: it is Ardnamurchan's first batch release to include 10-year-old peated whisky.

The composition is what gives this whisky its particular shape. Almost half of the recipe brings together peated and unpeated whiskies, so the smoke is part of the structure rather than a separate layer sitting on top. Maturation is mainly in ex-bourbon casks, with a small amount of ex-sherry cask influence in the mix. That combination supports a style where fruit, soft smoke, gentle spice and a slightly richer undertone can all find their place.

At Drankenshop (…)

Springbank Local Barley 10y Incl. Box

In stock

Springbank Local Barley 10y is built around a very clear idea: a Campbeltown single malt made entirely from locally grown barley. That gives the whisky a strong sense of place, with the grain itself playing a central role in the character of the release.

Matured in bourbon and sherry casks, this 10-year-old Springbank keeps its natural identity at the forefront. It is bottled at 55.2% ABV, non-chill filtered and without added colouring, so the whisky comes across in a direct, unpolished and craft-driven way.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this limited edition stands out for its authenticity and scarcity. With the last bottles now available, it is a particularly engaging choice for anyone looking to explore a distinctive Campbeltown malt shaped by local barley, (…)

Mars Yakushima Japanese Spring

In stock

Mars Yakushima Japanese Spring is a Japanese single malt with a distinctly tropical voice. Rather than relying on an age statement, it draws attention through atmosphere and flavour: ripe fruit, a saline edge and a fine touch of wood give it a very particular presence in the glass.

The bourbon cask maturation supports sweet malt and vanilla tones, while leaving plenty of space for the fruit to speak. What makes this Mars Maltage stand out is the way exotic fruit meets iodine-like, almost coastal notes. It feels lively, open and layered, with a character that moves between tropical warmth and subtle savoury tension.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we enjoy introducing to customers looking for Japanese whisky with a little more intrigue. As (…)

Highland Park 1992 24y Dd (The Nectar Of The Daily Drams)

Very last one in stock!

Highland Park 1992 24y DD is a Scottish single malt from Orkney, bottled by The Nectar as part of The Nectar of the Daily Drams series. Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2016, it spent 24 years maturing before being released as an independent bottling.

Its appeal lies in the specificity of the release. This is a single cask whisky from a hogshead, bottled at cask strength at 50%. Rather than a broad house-style expression, it presents one particular cask and one particular stage of maturation.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for precisely that sense of individuality. The combination of mature age, single cask origin, collectors item status and last available bottles gives this release a noticeably limited character.

Bowmore 12y Sherry Incl. Box

In stock

Bowmore 12y Sherry is the 12-year-old entry point into Bowmore's Sherry Oak range, an Islay single malt that presents the distillery's character in an approachable way. It matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, followed by an additional sherry cask finish, giving the whisky a clear sherry influence while keeping its Islay identity in view.

What makes this release appealing is the way fruit and spice sit at the centre, with smoke building more gradually rather than taking over immediately. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fine introduction to Bowmore for drinkers who want a sherried style with a touch of Islay smoke, but without moving into a heavier expression.

With 12 years of maturation and an alcoholic strength of 40%, it remains easy to (…)

Amrut 2022 4y Peated

Last one in stock!

Amrut 2022 4y Peated shows a more forceful, smoky side of Amrut Single Malt. This Indian single malt was produced from Scottish-imported peated barley and matured for four years in a bourbon barrel in the tropical climate of Bangalore. That combination gives the whisky its particular energy: ripe fruit, peat influence and a firm cask strength presentation.

The peat is described at around 30 ppm, but the character is broader than smoke alone. The product information points to a layered interplay of fruity, medicinal and ashy notes, with the peat gradually moving towards mineral, floral and smoky dimensions. Bottled at 60%, this single cask has clear intensity, yet the structure comes from more than strength; the tropical maturation and peated malt both leave a distinct (…)

The English Whisky Company 12y (Cadenhead - Original Collection)

On request only

The English Whisky Company 12y is a fine example of how compelling single malt from Great Britain can be when given time to mature. Aged for 12 years in a bourbon barrel and bottled by Cadenhead as part of the Original Collection, it feels focused on the whisky itself rather than on decoration or spectacle.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out for the combination of an English single malt identity, independent bottling and a mature age statement. Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its profile, with spice as the clearest element and lighter traces of wood, fruit, floral notes, saltiness and gentle peat in support.

With the last bottles now in our selection, it is the kind of whisky that rewards a curious drinker looking beyond the most (…)

Yoichi Aromatic Yeast 2022

In stock

Yoichi Aromatic Yeast 2022 is a Japanese single malt where the name immediately suggests the focus: aroma, detail and a style built around expressive flavour rather than an age statement. The supplied profile points most clearly towards fruit and spice, supported by lighter floral, woody and gently peated touches.

At 48% ABV, it has enough strength to carry that character with confidence. It does not rely on a stated age to explain itself; the interest lies in the specific direction of the release and in the way its aromatic side is presented.

For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Yoichi bottling that adds depth to a Japanese whisky selection without needing a long technical story. With only the last bottles remaining, it also has that quiet sense of (…)

Shizuoka Pot Still W 2024 Tube Incl.

Temporarily sold out

Shizuoka Pot Still W 2024 is a Japanese single malt where the production method immediately gives the whisky its point of interest. It was made from imported barley from Scotland and Germany and matured in ex-bourbon casks, but the defining detail is the first distillation in the W-still, a still heated directly by a wood fire.

That wood-fired distillation gives this release a distinctly crafted feel, without turning it into a heavily smoky whisky. Mostly unpeated malt was used, so the peat appears as a light background note rather than a dominant feature. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we like to present for its sense of place in the glass: grain, fire, bourbon wood and gentle smoke all playing their part.

Bottled at 55.5%, Shizuoka Pot (…)

Mars Tsunuki 2020

In stock

Mars Tsunuki 2020 is a Japanese single malt from Mars Maltage with a notably assertive presentation. Bottled at 54%, it has the feel of a whisky made to show strength and definition rather than a soft, easy-going style.

With no age statement taking the lead, the focus falls on the whisky's profile. Fruit and spice sit at the centre, while lighter touches of wood, floral nuance and gentle peat add extra shape without dominating the overall impression.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Mars Tsunuki 2020 as a Japanese single malt for drinkers looking for something with more power and individuality. The fact that only the last bottles remain gives this release an added sense of scarcity within the selection.

Mars Tsunuki 2020 is shaped mainly by (…)

Bowmore 14y Bordeaux Finish Incl. Box

In stock

Bowmore 14y Bordeaux Finish is built around a clear meeting point: Islay single malt on one side, a Bordeaux cask finish on the other. The whisky keeps its Scottish island identity, while the Bordeaux Finish adds another layer to a 14-year-old Bowmore.

What stands out here is the way the profile is shaped. Peat and a salty accent are present, but they do not take over completely. Spice has the stronger voice, with lighter touches of fruit, floral notes and wood sitting around it. That gives the whisky a more layered impression than a purely peat-driven Islay malt.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this kind of Bowmore as especially interesting for drinkers who enjoy Islay, yet want to explore what a wine cask finish can bring to a single malt. Bottled at 43%, (…)

Chichibu Paris 2025 Ginza X Les Champs Elysees Incl. Box

In stock

Chichibu Paris 2025 Ginza X Les Champs Elysees connects two city landmarks: Tokyo's Ginza and the Champs-Élysées in Paris. Chichibu has created a Paris Edition every year since 2018, dedicated to the City of Light, and the 2025 release explores the identity of iconic districts in Paris and Tokyo. Its six labels use a colourful pop style inspired by Japanese kawaii culture, with stamp-like edges that suggest travel and correspondence between the two cities.

The whisky itself is built from a deliberately varied selection of casks. The cuvée includes new French oak, Spanish oak that held sherry, French oak that held Bordeaux red wine, an American oak hogshead, bourbon barrels and bourbon barrels that previously held heavily peated whisky. The whiskies in (…)
