Tobermory 12y Incl. Box

In stock

Tobermory 12y is a Scottish single malt from Mull, built around maturation and clarity rather than peat smoke. With its 12-year age statement, it has a clear sense of development, and the 46.3% strength gives it enough presence while keeping the focus on the whisky itself.

The American oak finish fits the style well: fruit and wood are the main themes, with a gentler thread of spice in support. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a good example of a single malt for drinkers who want cask influence and island origin without a pronounced smoky profile.

What makes Tobermory 12y interesting is the way these elements come together without excess. It is not presented as an extreme whisky, but as a 12-year-old single malt with a defined direction: fruit-led, (…)

Glen Moray 1996 23y (Asta Morris)

On request only

Glen Moray 1996 23y is a Speyside single malt with a very focused identity: distilled in 1996, bottled in 2019, and matured for 23 years in a single bourbon barrel. Rather than being a broad ongoing release, it represents one individual cask and one specific period of maturation.

Only 189 bottles were drawn from this cask, and with the last bottles now indicated, its limited nature is an important part of the appeal. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we like to present to customers who appreciate the connection between age, cask origin and genuine scarcity.

Bottled at cask strength at 49.7%, it keeps the focus close to the cask itself. The flavour profile points toward clear fruit and wood influence, with spice playing a lighter supporting (…)

Speyside Region 1998 17y (The Whisky Agency)

On request only

Speyside Region 1998 17y is a Scottish single malt with a deliberately quiet identity: the distillery is not disclosed, so the focus shifts to the region, the age and the cask itself. Distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2015, it spent 17 years maturing before being released.

The appeal lies in its small-scale nature. This was drawn from a single refill sherry cask and bottled at cask strength, carrying 50.3% alcohol rather than being reduced to a standard bottling strength. The profile points to a whisky where fruit and wood have a clear role, with spice present in a more supporting way.

For Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are interesting because they show a more individual side of Speyside whisky. Only 264 bottles were filled, and the remaining stock (…)

Anniversary Malt 1993 2nd Edition (The Nectar Of The Daily Drams)

On request only

Anniversary Malt 1993 2nd Edition is a Scottish blended malt built around maturity, discretion and scarcity. Distilled in 1993 and bottled at 25 years of age by The Nectar for The Nectar of the Daily Drams, it keeps its exact origin undisclosed. That shifts the focus away from a distillery name and towards the character of the whisky in the bottle.

Its maturation in a sherry butt gives this release a classic, substantial frame. The stated flavour profile points to clear fruit and wood influence, with spice playing a supporting role. Bottled at 49.3%, it has enough strength to carry that mature profile without making the alcohol level the whole story.

Only 180 bottles were released, and with the last bottles now in circulation, Anniversary Malt 1993 2nd (…)

Kavalan Moscatel Cask Solist

On request only

Kavalan Moscatel Cask Solist is a Taiwanese single malt that captures the idea behind the Solist range particularly well: one individual cask, bottled at cask strength, when the master distiller decides the whisky has reached the right moment.

This Moscatel Cask Solist was bottled on 27 June 2016, with only 530 bottles released. At 56.3%, it stays close to the cask in strength and presence. The Moscatel finish gives this release its own identity within the series, while the single cask origin means it is not a repeatable house style.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are valued for their specificity. This is a defined snapshot of Kavalan from one cask and one bottling date, now down to the last bottles and regarded as a collector's item.

Macaloney Cath-Nah-Aven B10 46 Incl. Box

In stock

Macaloney Cath-Nah-Aven B10 46 is a Canadian single malt shaped by Canadian barley and maturation in Oloroso and PX casks. The cask influence is an important part of its identity, bringing a darker, fruit-led side to the whisky while the malt remains part of the conversation.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone curious about single malt beyond the familiar Scottish frame, yet still drawn to the depth of sherry maturation. Its profile brings together fruit, oak and gentle spice, with 46% alcohol giving it enough structure to carry those flavours.

With only the last bottles remaining, Cath-Nah-Aven B10 46 has a certain immediacy for drinkers who enjoy this style. There is no age statement here; the focus is on the (…)

Nikka Coffey Grain Incl. Box

In stock

Nikka Coffey Grain is a Japanese grain whisky with a clear sense of style: no age statement, no peat-driven profile, but a fruit-led character supported by a noticeable oak influence.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we often point to when someone wants to explore Japanese whisky through a softer, more open expression. At 45% alcohol, it has enough weight to feel complete, while staying approachable in its overall impression.

The oak cask maturation gives the whisky structure, with gentle spice playing a supporting role rather than taking over. What remains is a clean, inviting Nikka whisky where fruit and wood form the main conversation.

The flavour leans clearly toward fruit and oak, with a light touch of spice adding (…)

Nikka Coffey Malt + 2 Glasses

Temporarily sold out
Expected: 01/11/2026

Nikka Coffey Malt + 2 Glasses presents a Japanese whisky from Nikka in a giftpack that feels made for sharing. The two glasses give the bottle a more complete, considered feel, especially for someone who enjoys taking time over a whisky rather than simply opening another standard bottle.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this release stands out for its clear identity: Nikka Coffey Malt, bottled at 45%, with no age statement and matured in oak casks. Its profile is built around fruit and wood, supported by a gentle touch of spice.

That makes this set especially appealing as a gift, but also as a neat way to explore Nikka at home with the right glassware already included.

Nikka Coffey Malt Incl. Box

| 1 review
In stock

Nikka Coffey Malt is a Japanese whisky built around an unusual idea: it is made from 100% malted barley, yet distilled in a Coffey still. For that reason it is not classified as a single malt, even though malted barley is at its core. That distinction is exactly what makes it fascinating, because it shows how much the still itself can shape the personality of a whisky.

The Coffey still is central to Nikka's story. Patented by Aeneas Coffey in 1830, this continuous still was something Masataka Taketsuru learned to work with during his 1919 training under James Calder at Bo'Ness Distillery. Convinced by its advantages, he later installed two Coffey stills when building Nikka. Coffey Malt was released in 2013 as part of an ongoing search for new flavour profiles and as a way (…)

Bruichladdich 1985 32y

Very last one in stock!

Bruichladdich 1985 32y is a Scottish single malt from Islay with age at the centre of its story. Distilled in 1985 and matured for 32 years, it is the kind of whisky where the interest lies in patience, provenance and the character that develops over a long period of time.

At 48.7% ABV, it has enough strength to carry that mature profile with presence. The release was limited to 4,200 bottles, and with the last bottles now indicated, scarcity is very much part of its appeal. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the sort of Bruichladdich we would present to someone who values older single malts and limited releases rather than a whisky chosen purely for immediate impact.

The supplied flavour profile points towards fruit and wood as the main themes, with spice (…)

Edradour 12y Caledonia Mini

In stock

Edradour 12y Caledonia Mini is a Highland single malt built around first fill sherry maturation. With 12 years of ageing and a strength of 46%, it sits in a fuller, darker style, where fruit, wood and gentle spice have plenty of room to show.

A small detail gives this whisky a very Scottish touch: Caledonia is signed by Dougie MacLean, the renowned Scottish singer. It adds a personal note to the release without taking attention away from what matters most in the glass.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like this mini as an approachable way to discover the Caledonia style. It carries enough depth to be taken seriously, yet the smaller format makes it easy to explore before choosing a larger bottle.

The aroma opens with clear sherry notes, clove and a (…)

Edradour 12y Caledonia Tube Incl.

In stock

Edradour 12y Caledonia is a Highland single malt with a clearly defined sherry-matured personality. Aged for 12 years and bottled at 46%, it draws much of its depth from first fill sherry casks, giving it a darker, richer side while still keeping a fresh lift in the glass.

Caledonia also gives this bottle a little extra story. The release is signed by Dougie MacLean, a renowned Scottish singer, adding a distinctly Scottish cultural note to an already characterful Edradour.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a strong choice for drinkers who enjoy sherry-matured single malt with fruit, wood, chocolate-like depth and gentle spice, rather than peat or coastal saltiness. It is the kind of whisky that rewards a slow glass and a bit of attention.

Dalwhinnie 30y 2020

In stock

Dalwhinnie 30y 2020 is a Highland single malt where age is very much part of the conversation. Distilled in 1989 and matured for 30 years, it presents Dalwhinnie in a more mature, reflective form.

The refill hogshead maturation gives the whisky a clear wood presence without turning it into a purely oak-driven dram. The supplied flavour profile points mainly towards fruit and wood, with spice playing a quieter supporting role. Peat smoke and salty notes are not central to its style.

Bottled at 51.9%, it is presented at cask strength, keeping the whisky closer to its natural strength than a standard reduced bottling. With 6,978 bottles produced and only the last bottles remaining, this release has a special place at Drankenshop Broekmans for drinkers looking (…)

Glengoyne Cask Strength Batch 11 Incl. Box

In stock

Glengoyne Cask Strength Batch 11 is a Highland single malt presented very close to its natural cask state. Bottled at 60.5% and non-chill filtered, it keeps the whisky's weight, drive and untamed edge intact rather than polishing it into something overly tidy.

The maturation brings together sherry casks, refill casks and a small selection of bourbon casks. That gives Batch 11 a layered feel: bright fruit, creamy sweetness, a clear but not overwhelming oak presence and a gentle thread of spice. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the sort of bottle we enjoy introducing to customers who want to experience how cask strength changes the texture and intensity of a single malt.

Glenglassaugh 40y

The whisky was personally selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, a detail that underlines the care behind this release. Matured in oak casks, it brings together sweet tropical fruit, measured wood influence and sophisticated sherry-like flavours after an exceptionally long period of development.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like to present bottles like this with the attention they deserve. Bottled at 42.5%, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it is a whisky to take time with: mature, rich and (…)

Its maturation in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt gives the whisky a deeper, richer direction. Rather than feeling polished or restrained, this single cask bottling puts the influence of the cask clearly forward, with nutty depth, dried fruit, chocolate and a dry spiced edge.

Glenfiddich Grand Cru 23y is a 23-year-old Speyside single malt from Scotland, carrying the familiar Glenfiddich name in a more mature and polished form. The Grand Cru name gives the bottle a refined, celebratory feel, while the age statement points to a whisky built around patience and development rather than raw power.

Its stated flavour profile centres on fruit and wood, with spice playing a lighter supporting role. Peat is not part of the picture here, so the focus stays on a smoother Speyside style with a clear sense of maturity. Glenmorangie 18y Extremely Rare

On request only

Glenmorangie 18y Extremely Rare is a Highland single malt shaped by time and a carefully staged maturation. It spends 15 years in old American white oak bourbon casks, after which around 30% is transferred to Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for a further three years. Once both parts have reached 18 years of age, they are brought back together.

That method gives the whisky its particular sense of finesse: fruit and wood are clearly present, with the Oloroso adding dried-fruit depth and liveliness, while the American oak keeps the sherry sweetness in balance. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Glenmorangie for drinkers who appreciate maturity and detail rather than peat or sheer intensity.

It can be served neat, with a little water or over two or three ice (…)

Jura 21y Tide And Time Incl. Box

Jura 21y Tide And Time is built around the feeling of time passing slowly on Jura, where the movement of the tide becomes part of the whisky's story. It is a Scottish single malt with 21 years behind it, shaped by patience rather than haste.

Its maturation starts in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, followed by a finish in hand-selected American white virgin oak. That second stage gives the whisky a firmer oak presence and a spiced edge, while the fruit and sweetness remain very much part of the experience. The supplied notes also point to a smoky accent, expressed in a way that sits alongside the richer dessert-like flavours.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a mature Jura with a clear sense of place and theme: tide, time, wood and warmth. Bottled (…)

Its bourbon cask maturation frames the whisky around a clear combination of fruit and wood. Rather than relying on heavy smoke or bold spice, Talia appears to sit in a more composed register, with fruit and cask influence carrying the main story and a lighter spicy accent in support.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would naturally bring this Bladnoch into the conversation for someone exploring older Lowland single malts with a non-peated style and a flavour direction built around maturity, fruit and measured (…)

Dalmore 45y Incl. Box

On request only

Dalmore 45y is a Highland single malt from Scotland where the age statement is central to the whole experience. At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this is introduced with a certain respect: it is not simply an older whisky, but a long-matured release shaped by careful cask selection and final refinement.

The assemblage was created by Richard Paterson. It first matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then spent a further 5 years in Graham's Colheita Port pipes from 1961 and 1963. That finishing period adds depth and fruit richness, while the oak influence gives the whisky structure and maturity.

As a 45-year-old collectors item, Dalmore 45y clearly sits outside everyday single malt territory. Its story is one of time, cask influence and precision (…)

Blanton's Gold is an American bourbon with its focus firmly on individual cask character. Drawn from a single cask and bottled at 51.5%, it is less about an age statement and more about the personality captured in that particular barrel.

New oak maturation gives the bourbon a clear woody dimension, while the profile also points to a pronounced fruity side. Spice is present in a more supporting role, adding shape without taking over. The result is a bourbon where cask selection and bottling strength are central to the experience.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, Blanton's Gold sits well among bourbons for drinkers who enjoy seeing how a single cask release can differ from more standardised bottlings. Its appeal lies in that specific combination of strength, oak (…)
