Willett Pot Still Reserve 1,75l
In stock
Willett Pot Still Reserve 1.75l is an American bourbon with a confident presentation: a generous 1.75 litre bottle and a strength of 47%. Rather than relying on an age statement, it puts the emphasis on the bourbon's own style and presence.
New oak plays a clear role in its make-up. The profile points to a noticeably woody side, supported more lightly by fruit, spice and floral nuances. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Willett as a bourbon for drinkers who appreciate a direct, oak-led character without needing the label to be built around age.
The larger bottle also gives it a practical, convivial appeal, especially when bourbon is being poured for several people or kept on hand for relaxed occasions. More information about the brand can be found at (…)Willett Family Estate Small Batch Rye 4y

Willett Family Estate Small Batch Rye 4y is an American rye whiskey with a direct, full-strength personality. Matured for four years in white oak and bottled at 57.2% cask strength, it presents itself with a firm sense of structure rather than a softened or polished style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Willett stands out because it brings together the Family Estate name, small batch character and the limited availability of the last bottles. It is the kind of rye where the essential details matter: age, oak, strength and a flavour profile built around clear wood influence.
The emphasis sits on oak, supported by lighter spicy, fruity and floral touches. That gives the whiskey a focused rye identity, with power and wood presence at the centre of the (…)Templeton Rye Stout Finish

Templeton Rye Stout Finish

Templeton Rye Stout Finish is an American rye whiskey with a distinctive finish in stout barrels. That cask choice gives it a particular angle within the rye category, placing the wood influence clearly in the foreground while keeping the rye identity at the centre.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy rye whiskey but appreciate a maturation detail that adds another layer to the conversation. The profile points to noticeable wood, with spice, fruit and a light floral side playing a more supporting role. At 46% ABV, it has enough presence to carry that cask-driven style.
It is a rye whiskey to explore when you want something with a familiar base, but a finish that makes it stand apart from more straightforward releases.

Tomatin Legacy is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43%. With no age statement, the focus is less on a number and more on the style Tomatin presents here: a wood-led profile supported by lighter floral, fruity and spicy accents.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a straightforward introduction to a Highland single malt for drinkers who prefer a whisky without peat or salty influence. The supplied flavour profile points clearly towards oak as the main thread, with the softer notes adding shape rather than taking over.

Mortlach Nad Sr 2023 is a Speyside single malt from Scotland with a very direct presentation: bottled at cask strength, carrying 58% alcohol, and released without an age statement. In the whisky range at Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy a more forceful style rather than a polished, softened approach.
The available flavour profile points first to wood influence, supported by lighter touches of spice, fruit and floral character. Peat is not part of the profile, so the weight of the whisky comes from its strength and oak-driven structure rather than smoke.
With only the last bottles remaining, Mortlach Nad Sr 2023 has an added sense of scarcity. It is best understood as a robust Speyside single malt for those who appreciate (…)Craigellachie 2007 15y Tb (Thompson Brothers)

Craigellachie 2007 15y Tb (Thompson Brothers)

Craigellachie 2007 15y Tb is a Speyside single malt built around a very specific idea: one cask, fifteen years of maturation and bottling at cask strength. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023, it captures the character of a single refill hogshead rather than presenting a broad, standardised house style.
Only 213 bottles were drawn from the cask, so the appeal lies partly in its scale. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are interesting because they let whisky drinkers explore a more individual side of a distillery, with the natural strength of 51.6% left intact.
The refill hogshead maturation points towards a whisky where wood influence is clearly present, supported by lighter spicy, fruity and floral accents according to the supplied profile. (…)Benrinnes 2009 11y (Berry Bros - Berry's Own Selection)

Benrinnes 2009 11 Year Old is a Speyside single malt built around the individuality of one cask. Drawn from a single hogshead and bottled at cask strength by Berry Bros for Berry's own selection, it presents a particular snapshot of Benrinnes rather than a broad, blended house expression.
Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021, it spent 11 years maturing before being released at 52.9% ABV. The wood influence is clearly part of its identity, with spice, fruit and a light floral side playing a more supporting role.
Only 316 bottles were produced, and with the last bottles now in circulation, it has the naturally limited feel that comes with a single cask release. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we like to present to drinkers who enjoy (…)Woodford Reserve Straight Malt45,2

Woodford Reserve Straight Malt shows an American take on malt whiskey. Rather than a bourbon, this is a Straight Malt Whiskey from the United States, bottled at 45.2% and matured in American Oak.
The wood influence is the main thread here. American oak gives the whiskey a clear structure, while lighter touches of spice, fruit and floral character add lift around it. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a rewarding bottle for customers who enjoy American whiskey but want to explore it from a malt-driven angle.
Its popularity is easy to understand: it stays within the familiar Woodford Reserve world while offering a different perspective on American whiskey.

Sagamore Spirit Double Oak is an American rye whiskey with a clear focus on oak influence and toasted depth. Sagamore starts from its classic Maryland-style rye whiskey and reshapes it through an American oak finish, using low-char, medium-plus-toasted staves that increase the contact with the whiskey during maturation.
That extra wood contact gives the whiskey its warm, rounded side: caramel, toffee, hazelnut and toasted coconut sit alongside the rye's spice. It feels like a meeting point between an older rye tradition and a more modern maturation approach.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Double Oak as a rye for drinkers who enjoy wood-driven whiskey with a softer, richer edge. It is brought to strength with limestone-filtered water from Sagamore Farm, (…)Macallan 15y Double Cask
