Evan Williams Black
In stock
Evan Williams Black is an American bourbon built around a clear, familiar style. With no age statement, the focus is not on a declared maturation period, but on a straightforward bourbon profile shaped by American oak.
Wood and spice form the main thread, while lighter fruity and floral notes sit in the background. There is no peated character in the profile, so the emphasis stays on oak-driven bourbon warmth rather than smoke. At 40% alcohol, it remains approachable and easy to place for anyone looking for a recognisable American whiskey.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value bourbons like this because they offer a dependable introduction to the category: well-known in character, widely appreciated, and focused on the essentials of the style.

Starward Botrytis Cask Incl. Box

Starward Botrytis Cask is an Australian single malt built around a very distinctive cask influence. Botrytis cinerea, often known as noble rot, affects certain grapes only under specific climatic conditions and plays a key role in the creation of concentrated sweet wines.
For this release, Starward used casks that had previously held that particular style of wine. The result draws on the sweet, fruity side associated with botrytis, with apricot, honey and orange blossom woven into a whisky that also carries spice and wood from the charred barrels.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to present to customers who are curious about how wine casks can shape single malt. Bottled at 48%, it has enough strength to carry its fruit, spice and (…)Starward Bourbon Cask #2 Incl. Box

Starward Bourbon Cask #2 Incl. Box
In stock
Starward Bourbon Cask #2 is an Australian single malt with a clear point of difference. Starward is described here as normally maturing its whisky in Australian red wine barrels, yet this release spent its full maturation in bourbon barrels for 5 Melbourne years.
That cask choice lets the tropical side of the Starward spirit come forward. The profile is built around grilled pineapple, honey and vanilla, with the 52% strength giving this light-bodied whisky a more forceful, subtly spicy edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to explain rather than simply place on the shelf. It shows Starward from a different angle: fruit-driven, buttery, touched by toasted oak and shaped entirely by bourbon cask maturation. With only the last (…)Westward Single Malt

Westward Single Malt
Last one in stock!
Westward Single Malt presents single malt through an American lens. It keeps the focus firmly on malt whiskey, while its United States origin gives it a different setting from the more traditional single malt regions many drinkers first think of.
New oak is a key part of the story here. The profile points clearly toward wood and spice, with lighter touches of fruit and floral character in support. Peat and salinity are not part of the stated profile, so the emphasis remains on oak-driven structure and spice rather than smoke or coastal notes.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that helps show how broad the single malt category has become. Bottled at 45%, Westward Single Malt has enough strength to carry its woody and spicy side with (…)Templeton Rye Barrel Strength

Templeton Rye Barrel Strength

Templeton Rye Barrel Strength shows the bolder side of American rye whiskey. Bottled at cask strength and carrying an ABV of 56.55%, it keeps a firm, direct presence rather than being shaped into a softer drinking style.
American Oak gives the whiskey a clear woody foundation, while the flavour profile points strongly toward spice and oak. Lighter fruity and floral touches sit in the background, adding detail without taking over the main impression.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rye we place with drinkers looking for a stronger, more assertive interpretation of the style. There is no age statement leading the conversation here; the focus is on strength, wood influence and rye-driven spice.

In stockJack Daniel's Travelers Sweet & Oaky is a Tennessee whiskey from the United States with a clear sense of direction from the very first words on the label. It leans into sweetness and American oak, supported by a higher strength of 53.5% ABV that gives the whiskey a more assertive presence.
Rather than centring the story on an age statement, this release focuses on style and flavour. The American oak influence sits at the heart of it, with spice playing an important supporting role and lighter fruit and floral touches around the edges.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this 50cl Travelers bottling is the kind of Jack Daniel's expression we would point out to someone looking beyond the familiar core range into something stronger, woodier and more defined. With only (…)Jack Daniel's Travelers Bold & Spicy 50cl

Jack Daniel's Travelers Bold & Spicy 50cl
Very last one in stock!
Jack Daniel's Travelers Bold & Spicy is a Tennessee whiskey from the United States with a distinctly assertive personality. The name is a useful guide here: Bold & Spicy points toward a style where oak and spice are given real presence, supported by a strength of 53.5%.
Maturation in American Oak fits that direction well. Rather than presenting Jack Daniel's in a softer, more restrained way, this bottling puts more emphasis on structure, wood influence and a spicier edge. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it sits neatly among bottles for drinkers who already know the brand and want to explore a firmer, more outspoken side of it.
With only the last bottles remaining, there is also a sense of limited availability around this release. No age statement is given, (…)Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2025

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2025 is an American whiskey with its focus clearly placed on maturation and release year. The name gives this bottle a distinct identity within the Maker's Mark line-up, centred on the Cellar Aged concept rather than on a standard everyday expression.
At 56.5% alcohol, it is bottled with real presence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this in front of customers looking for a stronger American whiskey from Maker's Mark, where intensity is part of the appeal.
The available details are concise, but they say enough to frame the bottle properly: Maker's Mark, United States, Cellar Aged 2025 and a robust strength. That makes it a release to approach with time and attention rather than as a casual pour.

Amahagan Yamazakura Wood Finish is a Japanese blended malt built around its wood finishing rather than an age statement. The Yamazakura finish gives this whisky its main direction, placing wood and spice at the heart of the experience.
At 47% ABV, it has enough presence to carry that style clearly. The supplied profile points to a whisky where wood and spice are the most noticeable elements, with lighter fruity and floral accents in support, and no peated direction.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Japanese whisky that draws interest from customers looking for something with a more distinctive cask influence. With only the last bottles remaining, this particular Amahagan release has become a more limited find in the range.

Balvenie A Revelation Of Cask And Character 19y is a Speyside single malt from The Balvenie Stories series, released here as No.9. The title points directly to its central idea: the meeting point between cask influence and the whisky's own character.
With 19 years of age and sherry maturation at its heart, this release sits firmly in a more mature, cask-shaped style. The supplied flavour profile places wood and spice in the foreground, while fruit and floral notes play a lighter supporting role. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Balvenie for drinkers who enjoy exploring how oak shapes a whisky's personality. The virgin oak detail supports that idea, with wood and spice taking the lead while fruit and floral notes play a lighter supporting role.
There is no peat-driven or coastal angle here. The focus is on a Scottish single malt with a clear oak-led Speyside character, making it especially interesting for anyone wanting to discover this American oak side of Balvenie.

Redefine is a name that encourages a more careful look. The whisky comes from Islay, but the available product data does not point to a specific flavour direction, so it is best understood through what is clearly stated: Bruichladdich, single malt, Scotland, 21 years of age and a confident bottling strength.

After 12 years of maturation, the Madeira cask element gives this release its main direction. At 61% cask strength, it keeps the whisky close to the cask rather than smoothing it into a broader house style. The profile points towards clear wood influence and spice, with lighter fruit and floral notes supporting the structure. There is no peated or salty direction here; the emphasis is firmly on cask-driven Speyside malt.

Glenturret 12y 2025 sits at the centre of the distillery's annual Highland single malt range. It is a 12-year-old whisky with a clearly sherry-led personality, shaped by spice, mellow sweetness and enough citrus lift to keep the warmer notes in balance.
European oak plays the leading role here, with Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry-seasoned casks building layers of caramelised citrus, cinnamon and dried fruit. American oak adds a lighter, sweeter touch, most clearly through soft vanilla, before the wood spice becomes more pronounced towards the end.

At 46.3% ABV, it has enough strength to carry that character clearly. The outturn of 1,637 bottles also gives it a defined, small-release feel, making it a worthwhile discovery for drinkers who enjoy seeing how a familiar single malt can change through maturation.

The intriguing part is the cask story. It was originally selected as a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask, yet on arrival it showed more of a Fino-like character.
