Elements Of Islay Fireside
In stock
Elements of Islay Fireside is a limited release blended malt built from whisky from two characterful distilleries on Islay's north coast. Bottled at 54.5%, it has the kind of presence that suits its name: direct, warming and firmly rooted in a smoky Islay style.
The inspiration behind Fireside is wonderfully specific. Elements of Islay describes it as a smoky dram by the fire with friends, after a heavy downpour on Islay. Outside, the wind moves past the windows and rain hits the tin roof; inside, there is warmth, smoke and the feeling of having escaped the elements. That image carries through into the whisky itself.
Maturation in heavily re-charred hogsheads, American oak Oloroso sherry hogsheads and European oak Oloroso sherry butts gives this release its (…)Bowmore 1992 24y (Wemyss Single Cask)

Bowmore 1992 24y (Wemyss Single Cask)
Very last one in stock!
Bowmore 1992 24y is a mature Islay single malt with a very focused story behind it. Distilled in 1992 and bottled by Wemyss on 3 November 2016, it spent 24 years maturing before being released as part of the Wemyss Single Cask range.
What makes this bottle stand out is the single hogshead origin. Rather than representing a wider batch, it captures the personality of one individual cask, bottled at cask strength at 54.4%. Only 250 bottles were produced, and with the last bottles now available, it sits at Drankenshop Broekmans as one of those releases for drinkers who appreciate rarity with a clear whisky identity.
The character is firmly shaped by Islay cues: peat, salinity and spice are the main threads, with lighter fruity and floral accents adding some (…)Kilkerran Heavily Peat Batch 4

Kilkerran Heavily Peat Batch 4
On request only
Kilkerran Heavily Peat Batch 4 is a Campbeltown single malt with a clear sense of direction: peat, strength and a distinctly salty edge. The name sets the expectation, yet the character is not built on smoke alone. Peat, spice, fruit and salinity all have a clear role, giving the whisky more shape than a one-dimensional heavily peated malt.
At 58.6% ABV and bottled at cask strength, Batch 4 keeps its forceful, undiluted presence. With no age statement, the emphasis sits firmly on style and impact rather than maturation age: a Kilkerran that puts intensity and distillate character in the foreground.
Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this hold a particular interest, especially when only the last bottles remain. It is a whisky for (…)Talisker Nad Sr 2023 Tube Incl.

Talisker Nad Sr 2023 is a Skye single malt built around intensity and a clearly defined flavour direction. Bottled at 59.7% ABV and presented at cask strength, it keeps its power close to the glass. The Port Finish adds another layer to a profile shaped by salinity, peat smoke and spice, with fruit playing a more subtle supporting role.
With no age statement, the focus here is not on a number of years, but on the chosen style: a strong 2023 Talisker release with a finishing touch that gives the whisky a different angle. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a distinctive Skye malt for drinkers who appreciate bold, savoury and smoky flavours rather than a softer, easy-going style.
These are also the last bottles, giving the release a more limited feel. (…)Talisker Distillers Edition 2022

Talisker Distillers Edition 2022

Talisker Distillers Edition 2022 is a single malt whisky from Skye with a clearly defined personality: peat smoke, salt and spice, given an added layer by its sherry finish.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone who enjoys a maritime style with a little extra depth. The 2022 release carries no age statement, so the focus falls squarely on its flavour direction: smoky, saline and spicy, with fruit playing a more modest supporting role.
At 45.8% alcohol, it has enough strength to keep that coastal and peated character firmly present. With only the last bottles remaining, this is not a release that will stay around indefinitely.
The flavour profile of Talisker Distillers Edition 2022 is led by peat (…)Laphroaig 10y Cask Strength Batch 15

Laphroaig 10y Cask Strength Batch 15

Laphroaig 10y Cask Strength Batch 15 presents Islay single malt in a particularly direct form: ten years old, bottled at cask strength and carrying a substantial 56.5% alcohol. It is a version that keeps closer to the strength of the cask rather than being softened into a gentler standard bottling.
Bourbon cask maturation provides the setting, but the main impression is shaped by the clearly present Islay elements: peat, saltiness and spice take the lead, with a lighter fruit note sitting behind them. Batch 15 is therefore a whisky with real presence, built around intensity rather than restraint.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this release is the kind of bottle we place in front of customers looking for Laphroaig with extra force and definition. With only the last (…)Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10y 2025

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10y 2025

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 10y 2025 stands out in the Loch Gorm line because it is the first edition to carry an age statement. After ten years of maturation, this Islay single malt brings together Kilchoman's peated signature with the depth and richness of oloroso sherry casks.
That meeting of styles is what gives this release its identity. Sherry maturation brings darker fruit, spice and sweetness, while peat, earthy tones and a salty edge keep the Islay side clearly in view. Bottled at 46%, it has enough presence to carry those flavours without making strength the main point.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Loch Gorm 2025 as a particularly engaging choice for drinkers who enjoy Kilchoman with a fuller sherry-matured character. With only the last bottles (…)Lochindaal 2010 10y (The Whisky Agency)

Lochindaal 2010 10y is an Islay single malt with a very individual feel. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021, it spent ten years in a bourbon barrel. As a single cask release, it is less about repeating a fixed style and more about capturing one particular cask at one particular point in its maturation.
At 53.8% ABV, this is a cask strength bottling, giving it a firm and direct presence. The Islay side comes through in the combination of peat, salinity and spice, while lighter touches of fruit, florality and wood sit more in the background.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to highlight for drinkers who enjoy limited Islay releases with concentration and a clear sense of origin. With only the last bottles remaining, it is also a (…)Compass Box Artist #11 Pentalogy Fortitude (Artist Collection)

Only 1074 bottles were produced, and the available stock is now down to the last bottles, giving Pentalogy Fortitude a clear sense of scarcity within the Compass Box range.

Elements of Islay Beach Bonfire is a limited edition blended malt built around a very vivid idea: a bonfire burning on an Islay beach. The name is more than a label here. It points straight to the whisky's personality, with smoke, sand, warmth and spice shaping the experience from the start. It brings together malt whisky from two characterful Islay distilleries and is bottled at cask strength, at 54.5% ABV.
The composition draws on New Oak, Bourbon, Refill and Sherry casks, giving the blend several different angles to work with. There is smoke with a glowing ember feel, a salty edge, clear spice and a lighter fruit note beneath it all. It is a powerful Islay blended malt, with the supplier description pointing to bonfire cinder smoke and a sweetly spiced finish.

Ledaig 1995 26y Tb is a Scottish single malt from Mull with a very focused identity: one cask, long maturation and a clearly coastal-peated profile. Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2022, it carries 26 years of development without feeling like a broad, standard release. It is the kind of whisky that speaks through the individuality of a single cask.
That single cask element is central here. Rather than blending several casks into a wider style, this bottling captures one specific maturation path, with peat, salt and spice forming the most prominent parts of its profile. Fruit, floral touches and oak sit more in the background, adding support rather than taking over. Bottled at cask strength at 45%, it remains close to the form in which the cask presented itself.

Bowmore 11y is an Islay single malt from Scotland with a clear island signature, though it is not built on peat alone. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Bowmore sits well among Islay whiskies for drinkers who enjoy smoke and spice but do not necessarily want a heavily wood-driven dram. Ledaig 1995 is a single malt from Mull, bottled by Berry Bros as part of Berry's Own Selection. Its appeal lies in the way the whisky is presented: one hogshead, one individual cask, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2022.
A single cask release gives a very focused view of maturation. Rather than representing a broad, standardised style, this bottling captures the development of one particular cask over time. Bottled at cask strength at 45.9%, it keeps that individual cask character close to its original form.

Expected: 01/11/2026Machrie Moor 10 Y is an important expression in Arran's peated whisky story. Machrie Moor first appeared in 2010 as Arran's first peated whisky, and this release gives the range its first age-stated reference: at least 10 years old, with the familiar 20 ppm peat level.
It matured entirely in first fill bourbon barrels and was bottled at 46%, with natural colour and without chill filtration. That keeps a clear connection to Arran's fresh house style, while adding the spiced, smoky side that defines Machrie Moor.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as more than just another release in the range. It is bottled once a year in very limited quantities, and the combination of age statement, peat smoke and Arran character gives it a strong place among customers who (…)Ardnamurchan Cask Strength
