Balvenie 14y Week Of Peat Tube Incl.
Only 2 left in stock!
Balvenie 14y Week Of Peat is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky with a subtly different angle. Its name points clearly towards peat, yet the supplied flavour profile suggests a lightly peated style rather than a heavily smoky one.
At 14 years old and bottled at 48.3%, it has enough presence to carry that gentle peat influence alongside the whisky's other elements. Wood, spice, fruit, a saline touch and peat all sit in the lighter range, giving the whisky a more nuanced rather than forceful profile.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Balvenie that adds an extra point of interest to the shelf: recognisably Speyside in origin, but with a restrained smoky dimension for those who enjoy discovering a different side of a familiar name. Additional (…)Old Pulteney Huddart Incl. Box

Old Pulteney Huddart is a Highland single malt from Scotland with a gently smoky side. The peated cask influence is the key detail here: peat is part of the whisky's identity, but the supplied profile points to a light presence rather than a dominant smoky style.
The character brings together soft peat, a salty touch, light fruit, spice and modest wood influence. With no age statement, the focus is less on a specific number of years and more on the way these elements shape the whisky's personality.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Huddart as a good choice within the range for drinkers looking for a Highland single malt with a restrained smoky accent. Its 46% strength gives the whisky enough presence to carry that profile clearly.

Highland Park Ice 17y
On request only
Highland Park Ice 17y is a Scottish single malt from Orkney with a more distinctive place in the Highland Park range. The 17-year age statement, bourbon cask maturation and 53.9% alcohol strength give it a serious presence without needing a long list of embellishments.
Its limited nature is part of the attraction. A total of 30,000 bottles were released, and the whisky is marked as a collector's item. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle that speaks to drinkers looking for a specific Highland Park release with age, origin and scarcity all playing a role.
The stated flavour profile points to a layered rather than overpowering style. Light wood, spice, fruit and peat are all present, with no single element described as dominant. That (…)Jura The Sound 1l

Very last one in stock!
Jura The Sound 1l is a Scottish single malt from Jura, bottled at 42.5% and finished in Pedro Ximenez casks. Rather than focusing on an age statement, it draws attention to its island origin, its litre format and that particular cask finish.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to customers looking for a Jura with several gentle flavour accents rather than one dominant direction. The supplied profile indicates light fruit, spice, wood and a modest peated note, giving the whisky a measured and varied character.
With only the last bottles remaining, Jura The Sound has a slightly more fleeting place on the shelf, especially for those interested in this Pedro Ximenez-finished expression from Jura. Additional information about (…)Tomatin Cu Bocan Signature

Tomatin Cu Bocan Signature

Tomatin Cù Bòcan Signature is a Highland single malt from Scotland with a lightly smoky direction within the Tomatin range. The emphasis is not on heavy peat, but on a measured style where smoke sits alongside fruit, gentle spice and a touch of wood.
That is what gives this whisky its appeal. It does not rely on one dominant feature; instead, it brings several modest elements together in a clear, approachable way. The peat influence is present, yet it remains part of the whisky's structure rather than the whole identity.
Bottled at 46%, Tomatin Cù Bòcan Signature has enough strength to carry that flavour profile with confidence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a Highland single malt for drinkers who appreciate a little smoke (…)Kilchoman Small Batch N°3 Incl. Box

Kilchoman Small Batch N°3 Incl. Box
On request only
Kilchoman Small Batch N°3 is an Islay single malt with a deliberately limited feel. With 1260 bottles released, it sits apart from a broad core-range whisky and focuses on a more specific small batch interpretation of Kilchoman's peated style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Islay whisky that earns attention because it does not rely on an age statement to tell its story. There is no age indication here; the emphasis is on origin, strength and the clearly smoky direction of the whisky.
The flavour profile places peat at the centre, with lighter support from wood, spice, fruit and a saline touch. Bottled at 49.6%, it has enough strength to carry that Islay character with confidence. Lagavulin 12y Special Release 2024 shows the powerful, phenolic side that defines this Islay single malt, yet this edition also brings out a softer, sweeter and spicier dimension. The peat remains a central part of the whisky, but it is not the only point of interest here; there is a gentler layer underneath the strength.
Released as part of the Diageo Special Releases 2024, this 12-year-old Lagavulin is bottled at cask strength, at 57.4% ABV. That gives it a direct, full-powered presence and keeps the whisky close to its natural intensity, a fitting approach for a release built around Islay smoke and character.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone who already enjoys Lagavulin's smoky depth but wants to explore a (…)Ardmore 12y Macb (Elixir Distillers - Macbeth Series)

Ardmore 12y Macb belongs to Elixir Distillers' Macbeth Collection, a set of 42 Scottish whiskies named after characters from William Shakespeare's Macbeth. This Ardmore is presented as Seyton and appears in Act One, where the collection begins to unfold its theatrical cast of malts.
The whisky itself is a 12-year-old Highland single malt bottled at 52.5% cask strength. Its maturation in a mix of American and European oak casks that previously held Laphroaig whisky gives it a distinctly smoky, savoury and spicy direction. The peat is part of the personality here, supported by spice, a touch of fruit and a subtle wood influence.

Croftengea 2006 16y Tb is a Highland single malt from Loch Lomond with a very clearly defined origin: distilled on 8 April 2006, matured for 16 years and bottled on 1 November 2022 from a single hogshead.
As a single cask release bottled at cask strength, it carries the imprint of one individual cask rather than a broader house composition. Only 479 bottles were drawn, and with the last bottles now in stock, it has a naturally limited place in the whisky selection at Drankenshop Broekmans.
The profile points towards a whisky where spice plays the leading role, supported by lighter wood influence and smaller touches of fruit, salinity and peat. Wemyss Peat Chimney Nas (Wemyss Blended Malt)
On request only
Wemyss Peat Chimney NAS is a Scottish blended malt shaped around smoke, but not in a way that overwhelms the whisky. Wemyss uses an Islay signature malt here, bringing the peated, lightly salted character that gives Peat Chimney its name and identity.
The appeal lies in the way the smoke is framed. There is peat, certainly, yet it is supported by gentle fruit, a touch of spice and a coastal edge rather than pushed into heavy intensity. It feels clearly smoky while still leaving room for detail.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of blended malt we like to introduce to customers who enjoy peated whisky but also appreciate a composed, well-made style. Bottled without an age statement and at 46%, it focuses on character and blending rather than on a (…)Orkney 2007 (Berry Bros)

Orkney 2007 is a Scottish single malt with an appealing element of discretion: the distillery is undisclosed, while the Orkney origin remains the defining clue. In the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, that makes it the kind of whisky that invites attention from drinkers who enjoy exploring provenance without having every expectation set by a familiar distillery name.
Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023, it comes from a single hogshead cask and was released at cask strength. That gives the whisky a very direct identity: one cask, one bottling, no broad blending into a standard house style. At 63.5% alcohol, it clearly keeps the force of the cask intact.

Highland 2000 22y keeps its exact distillery name undisclosed, which gives the bottle a certain quiet intrigue. What we do know is precise enough to make it interesting: a Highland single malt distilled in 2000, matured for 22 years and bottled by Watt Whisky, the Campbeltown Whisky Company label.
Rather than being part of a large blended batch, this comes from one sherry hogshead and was bottled at cask strength, at 54%. That makes it a snapshot of one individual cask rather than a polished house style. Only 294 bottles were filled, and with the last bottles now in view, it is the kind of small-release whisky that naturally catches our attention at Drankenshop Broekmans.

Bowmore 9y is a Scottish single malt from Islay with a measured, understated style. The 9-year age statement gives it a clear place in the range of malt whisky: still lively, yet with enough maturation to bring its different accents together.
Its appeal lies in the fact that no single element dominates. The Islay origin is reflected in light peated and salty touches, while fruit, floral notes, gentle spice and wood remain present in a subtle way. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as an Islay malt for customers who appreciate the island signature without looking for an overly forceful whisky.
Bottled at 40%, Bowmore 9y keeps a smooth and approachable profile while retaining its sense of place. It is a single malt built around nuance rather than volume.

Connemara is an Irish single malt with a very distinctive position. Launched in 1995 and coming from the Cooley distillery, it is described in the supplied information as the first peated Irish whiskey. That immediately sets it apart from the more familiar idea many drinkers have of Irish whiskey.
The defining point here is the malt: 75% of it is peated. Tasted blind, Connemara is said to resemble a Scotch single malt more than a typical Irish style, thanks to its fuller and more distinctive aromas. It remains an Irish whiskey, but one with a smoky direction, a golden colour and maturation in oak casks.

Yamazaki Single Malt 2021 is a Japanese single malt with a notably limited, collectible appeal. It is a no-age-statement release bottled at 43%, so the focus is less on a declared age and more on the identity of this particular 2021 edition.
Mizunara Oak is the key detail here, giving the whisky a clearly wood-led direction. The available flavour profile supports that, placing wood at the centre while spice, fruit, salinity and a light peated touch remain more restrained. Its gentle, warming style is linked to the slow and patient way the spirit is made, followed by careful maturation in American oak quarter casks. Northland keeps a coastal freshness alongside soft fruit and a modest touch of peat, rather than moving into a heavily smoky direction.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to introduce when someone wants a single malt with a clear sense of origin and an early place in a distillery's development. With the last bottles now in stock, it also carries a sense of becoming less readily (…)Port Askaig 8y New

Port Askaig 8y New

Port Askaig 8 Year Old is named after a place rather than a distillery. Port Askaig sits on Islay's north-eastern coast, where the ferry leaves for Jura and where Bunnahabhain and Caol Ila are found nearby. That sense of place matters here: this is an Islay single malt shaped by peat, sea air and a clearly coastal identity.
Its maturation is built in two stages. The whisky first spends three years in traditional American oak, then continues for another five years in a mix of ex-bourbon casks, toasted American oak, PX sherry casks and refill hogsheads. The result is not just about smoke; the peat is clear, but it is supported by gentle wood influence, spice, fruit and a salty edge.
