Ballechin 2004 19y Small Batch Madeira Tube Incl.

In stock

Ballechin 2004 19y Small Batch Madeira is a Highland single malt built around maturation, age and strength. Distilled in April 2004 and aged for 19 years, it carries a clear Madeira-matured identity within a small batch release.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would present to someone looking for more than a standard-strength single malt. Bottled at 53.5%, it keeps its natural intensity, allowing the wood influence, spice and fruit to remain firmly present.

The profile suggests a mature and structured whisky, with fruit, oak and spice at the centre, supported by a gentle peated touch and a light salty edge. It is a compelling Ballechin for drinkers who appreciate Highland single malt with weight, cask influence and a more pronounced (…)

Talisker 41y Bodegas

In stock

Talisker 41y Bodegas is a mature single malt from Skye, distilled in 1978 and bottled after 41 years of ageing. Its appeal lies in that long development, but also in the way the whisky has been given a sherry finish, adding another layer to an already deeply aged Talisker.

The Bodegas name points towards that sherry influence. In style, the whisky brings together clear wood, spice and fruit, with a lighter thread of salt and peat keeping the island origin in view. It is bottled at 50.7%, giving the release a serious presence without needing to overstate it.

With only 2,000 bottles produced, collector status and the indication that these are among the last bottles, this is one of those releases that has a very specific place at Drankenshop Broekmans: an old, (…)

Caol Ila 1979 Over 40y Artist #10 (La Maison Du Whisky - Artist Edition)

Only 3 left in stock!

Caol Ila 1979 Over 40y Artist #10 is an Islay single malt with a very focused identity: one hogshead cask, distilled in 1979 and bottled in 2020 by La Maison du Whisky as part of the Artist Edition. Rather than a broad house-style release, this is the story of one individual cask captured after more than four decades of maturation.

Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out for its combination of age, scarcity and bottling approach. It was released at cask strength, 54.9%, as a single cask bottling of only 156 bottles, and the remaining availability is down to the last bottles. The dataset also marks it as a collector's item, which fits the limited nature of the release.

Its flavour profile points toward a mature whisky where wood, spice and (…)

Springbank 15y Batch 2026

| 1 review
In stock

Springbank 15y Batch 2026 is a Campbeltown single malt with a dark, coastal mood. The distillery's own description is vivid: like a storm moving across the shore, brooding and powerful, yet striking in flavour. Much of that depth comes from the high proportion of sherry casks used during maturation, supported by the maturity of its 15 years in oak.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Springbank we like to present to customers who enjoy a whisky with several layers to explore. Fruit, spice, oak, a touch of salinity and gentle peat smoke all play a role, without reducing the whisky to a single dominant note. Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its character clearly.

It is especially well suited to a moment after dinner, and the supplier (…)

Laphroaig 25y 2023 Incl. Box

In stock

Laphroaig 25y 2023 shows a mature, carefully evolved side of this Islay single malt. A full twenty-five years in bourbon casks gives the whisky depth and polish, with wood, fruit and spice taking an important role alongside a gentler thread of smoke and coastal salinity.

As a rare annual release bottled at cask strength, 47.3%, it keeps a natural sense of presence without feeling defined by strength alone. The long maturation is central here: it brings refinement, softens the edges and lets the distillery's character speak in a more measured way.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this have a special place for drinkers who want to discover what time can do to a distinctive Islay malt. It is less about raw intensity and more about tradition, patience and (…)

Highland Park Gallia Belgica

On request only

Highland Park Gallia Belgica is a Scottish single malt from Orkney, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2020 at 12 years of age. As a single cask release bottled at cask strength, 63.5%, it presents Highland Park through the lens of one individual cask rather than a wider house-style expression.

Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out because its appeal lies in precision and scarcity: 621 bottles were released, and these are now the last bottles. It has the feel of a defined, limited chapter for those who enjoy whisky with a clear sense of origin and bottling identity.

The flavour profile places wood, spice and fruit at the centre, supported by lighter salty and peated notes. That gives Gallia Belgica a firm, concentrated presence (…)

Talisker 40y Bodegas

In stock

Talisker 40y Bodegas is a Scotch single malt from Skye with age and origin at the heart of its identity. Distilled in 1978 and bottled at 40 years old, it belongs to a kind of release where maturation is not just a number, but the main thread running through the whisky.

The Bodegas name and sherry maturation point the style in a clear direction. Wood, spice and fruit are central to its character, while salty and lightly peated notes sit more in support. At 50% alcohol, it keeps a firm presence without making strength the whole story.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottling stands out as a limited and highly distinctive Talisker. With 2000 bottles released and only the last bottles remaining, it is especially relevant for those looking for an old Skye single (…)

Vintage Bowmore 1998 20y Hand-Filled At The Distillery

Very last one in stock!

Bowmore 1998 20 Year Old Hand-Filled At The Distillery is a single malt with a very clear sense of origin. It was distilled on 13 January 1998 and bottled on 24 December 2018, giving it a precise vintage identity rather than a broad house-style presentation.

Drawn from a single Oloroso Sherry cask and bottled at cask strength, it comes across as a whisky with focus and presence. At 57.5% alcohol, it has not been softened into a standard strength release, so the link between cask, maturation and distillery remains very direct. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Bowmore we like to present with a little extra context, because the details genuinely matter here.

With the final bottles available and the whisky marked as a collector's item, its scarcity (…)

Bowmore Mizunara Finish

Last one in stock!

Bowmore Mizunara Finish is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky with a very clear point of interest: its finish in Japanese oak. That cask influence is not just a background detail here; it is the element that gives this release its distinctive focus.

Bottled at cask strength, 53.9%, it is presented with real presence. Rather than building its identity around an age statement, this Bowmore places the emphasis on the meeting of Islay single malt, Japanese oak and a powerful bottling strength. For drinkers who enjoy exploring how wood and strength shape a whisky, that makes it a particularly engaging bottle to discuss and taste.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this release stands out because of its limited run of 2,000 bottles and its collector appeal. It is a Bowmore (…)

Brora 30y 2009

Very last one in stock!

Brora 30y 2009 is a Highland single malt with the quiet authority that comes with age, limited release and cask strength bottling. Distilled in 1979 and released at 30 years old, it was bottled at 53.2%, preserving a more direct presentation of the whisky.

Matured in oak cask and limited to 2,652 bottles, this is not the kind of release that feels interchangeable with regular core-range malts. As one of the last bottles available, it has a notable place at Drankenshop Broekmans, particularly for customers looking at older Scottish single malt with genuine scarcity.

The style is built around clear wood, spice and fruit, with lighter salty and peated accents in support. That combination gives this Brora a mature Highland profile with structure, depth and a (…)

Bowmore 26y Trilogy

On request only

Bowmore 26y Trilogy is a Scottish single malt from Islay with a strong sense of age, cask influence and rarity. At 26 years old, matured in a wine cask and bottled at 48.7%, it clearly sits apart from everyday releases.

Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, this Bowmore stands out because it combines maturity with limited availability. The collectors item indication and the fact that these are the last bottles give it a particular presence on the shelf, without needing any exaggerated claims.

The style points towards a whisky where wood, spice and fruit have a clear role, while peat remains more restrained. Rather than presenting itself as a heavily smoky Islay malt, it reads as a mature Bowmore shaped by wine-cask ageing, fruit depth and a subtle (…)

Brora 40y

Only 3 left in stock!

Brora 40y is a Highland single malt defined first of all by time. Distilled in 1978 and matured for forty years in American Oak, it brings together age, origin and cask influence in a way that immediately sets it apart from everyday whisky.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that naturally draws attention from people looking for something scarce and significant. Only 1819 bottles were released, and the remaining stock is among the last bottles. Its status as a collector's item is supported by that combination of age, limited availability and the Brora name on the label.

The stated flavour profile points to a whisky built around wood, spice and fruit, with peat present only as a lighter accent. At 49.2% alcohol, it has enough strength to (…)

Benriach 1994 28y #1290 48,1 Incl. Box

In stock

Benriach 1994 28y #1290 is a Speyside single malt with a very defined identity: a peated Benriach from an oloroso sherry butt, filled on 15 July 1994 and bottled in early 2023 after 28 years of maturation.

Its appeal lies in its precision. This is not a broad release, but a single cask bottling from cask #1290, presented at cask strength at 48.1%. Only 524 bottles were drawn, giving this whisky the feeling of a specific moment captured from one individual cask.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value releases like this because they show how much personality can sit inside a single malt when age, cask and distillery character are allowed to speak clearly. It remains rooted in Speyside, yet the peated style and oloroso sherry butt add depth, spice, fruit and gentle (…)

Caperdonich 18y Peated Incl. Box

In stock

Caperdonich 18y Peated is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 48% after 18 years of maturation. The name immediately points to peat, yet the profile suggests a whisky where smoke is present with restraint rather than taking over completely. Fruit and oak have a clearer role, with peat adding definition around the edges.

American Oak maturation gives the whisky a noticeable wood-driven foundation, while the fruity side keeps the profile from feeling one-dimensional. Gentle spice and a light salty accent add further shape, making this a peated malt with more emphasis on structure and maturity than on sheer smoky intensity.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Caperdonich as a thoughtful choice for drinkers who enjoy peat when it sits within a (…)

Springbank Vintage 1998 27y Incl. Box

Only 2 left in stock!

Springbank Vintage 1998 27y is the first release in the Springbank Vintage Series, a limited annual collection created to show some of the distillery's oldest whiskies. It also replaces the Springbank 25, giving this inaugural bottling a meaningful place in the Springbank line-up.

Distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2025, this 27-year-old Campbeltown single malt was matured entirely in sherry casks. That full sherry maturation brings a mature, generous style, with chocolate richness and juicy fruit at the centre of its character. Bottled at cask strength at 48.3%, it keeps the focus on the whisky's long development rather than on sheer power.

Only 1500 bottles were released, so this is very much a finite edition. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as the kind (…)

Compass Box Ultramarine (Compass Box Limited Edition)

Compass Box Ultramarine is a limited edition blended Scotch from Compass Box. Rather than being built around an age statement, it is shaped around composition: a multivintage whisky where different vintages are brought together into one finished blend.

Bottled at 51%, Ultramarine has a confident strength that gives the whisky room to express itself. With 5,982 bottles released, it sits outside the idea of a permanent everyday blend and feels more like a specific creation within the Compass Box range.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we place in front of customers who are curious about blended Scotch as a crafted category in its own right. The available flavour profile points towards clear fruit, spice and wood influence, with peat present (…)

Bowmore 1972 45y (Signatory Vintage 30th Birthday) Incl. Box

It was drawn from a single sherry butt and bottled at cask strength, 46.7%. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one individual cask after a very long maturation. With only 246 bottles produced, the release is highly limited by nature.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Bowmore stands out for customers who appreciate older Scottish single malt with a clearly defined provenance and a genuine sense of rarity. The combination of Bowmore, Islay, Signatory and 45 years of age gives (…)

Brora 30y The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show 2011 (Speciality Drinks)

Very last one in stock!

Brora 30y The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show 2011 is the kind of Scottish single malt where the name already carries much of the intrigue. Brora, 30 years of age, and a release connected to The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show 2011 give this bottle a very specific place among mature whiskies.

The strength of 52.9% suggests a whisky with real presence, while the profile points to a layered style rather than a single dominant trait. Wood, spice and fruit are the clearest elements, supported by lighter floral, saline and peated touches. That combination gives the impression of maturity with enough contrast to keep the whisky from feeling one-dimensional.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Brora stands out as a scarce and collectable bottle, especially with only the last (…)

Talisker 1987 39y Gm (Gordon & Mcphail) Incl. Box

Last one in stock!

Talisker 1987 39y GM is a whisky shaped above all by time. Distilled in 1987 and bottled after 39 years of maturation, it presents the rugged island identity of Skye in a deeply aged form. The wild peat character described here has not disappeared; it has been softened and deepened by long maturation.

Bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as a single cask at 51.4% cask strength, this is a very small release of 300 bottles. Rather than a broad expression, it captures one individual cask after almost four decades of development.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Talisker stands out for drinkers looking for mature Scottish single malt with a clear sense of place: maritime smoke, gentle salinity, mature fruit and spice, all tied to the island character of Skye.

Springbank 1996 21y (The Whisky Agency)

In stock

Springbank 1996 21y is a Campbeltown single malt where the appeal lies in its precision. Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2018 after 21 years of maturation, it comes from a single hogshead cask. Rather than presenting a broad house-style composition, it captures one individual cask at one specific point in its life.

Bottled at cask strength, at 50.9% alcohol, it keeps a direct connection with the whisky as it left the cask. At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are selected for drinkers who enjoy mature single malts with a clear provenance and a limited, one-cask identity.

The indication that these are the last bottles adds to the sense of scarcity. With a single cask, there is no second batch of the same whisky; once the cask is gone, this exact (…)

Orkney 2003 22y Awif (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers) Tube Incl.

In stock

Orkney 2003 22y Awif is a single malt built around origin, maturity and cask choice. Distilled on 26 May 2003 on the Orkney Islands and bottled on 1 September 2025, it has spent 22 years maturing before release. The distillery remains undisclosed, yet the Orkney identity is central here: maritime in feel, lightly smoky, and shaped by long ageing.

The maturation gives this bottling much of its interest. It first spent 16 years in traditional oak casks, followed by almost 6 years in a Marsala hogshead. That sweet Sicilian wine finish adds an extra layer of depth and complexity to the whisky's coastal, gently peated style, without taking the focus away from the spirit itself.

Alistair Walker selected this cask for the Infrequent Flyers range and bottled it at (…)

Secret Orkney 2016 8y (Cadenhead's Enigma Series)

On request only

Secret Orkney 2016 8y keeps part of its identity deliberately hidden. Cadenhead bottles it in the Enigma Series as Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Orkney, under the code IND.1.B. That IND reference is Cadenhead's way of acknowledging the island distilleries, even though the former official Islands region is no longer used in the same way.

What you have here is an undisclosed Orkney single malt, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled at 8 years old with a robust strength of 57.5%. The character is built around clear fruit, spice and wood influence, with a lighter peated note adding an extra edge without taking over the whole whisky.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like this kind of release because it gives the independent bottler a real voice: origin, cask and (…)
