Kilkerran 16y
In stock
Kilkerran 16y is a Scottish single malt from Campbeltown, bottled at 46% and coming from Glengyle. With 16 years of age behind it, this is a whisky with a more settled presence: fruit, spice and wood influence have had time to develop into a mature and composed style.
The Bourbon Barrel maturation gives the whisky a clear framework, while the profile remains driven by several distinct elements rather than just one. Fruit is clearly present, with noticeable spice and wood alongside it. A lighter floral note and a subtle peated edge add extra depth without pushing the whisky into a heavy style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Kilkerran 16y sits well among single malts for drinkers who want to explore Campbeltown through a whisky with age, structure and quiet (…)Kilkerran 12y 2026

Kilkerran 12y 2026
In stock
Kilkerran 12y 2026 is a Campbeltown single malt from Glengyle with a background that gives the whisky real context. The distillery reopened in 2004 after being closed for more than 80 years, so this 12-year-old release sits within the modern return of Campbeltown whisky rather than feeling like just another age-stated malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value this bottle for the way it brings together provenance and drinkability. It is lightly peated, bottled at 46%, and matured in a combination of 70% bourbon casks and 30% sherry casks. That balance supports the fruit, vanilla and honeyed side of the whisky, while the sherry component adds a deeper fruitcake-like accent.
It has become a familiar name for many whisky drinkers because it carries a clear (…)Kilkerran Heavily Peat Batch 4

Kilkerran Heavily Peat Batch 4
On request only
Kilkerran Heavily Peat Batch 4 is a Campbeltown single malt with a clear sense of direction: peat, strength and a distinctly salty edge. The name sets the expectation, yet the character is not built on smoke alone. Peat, spice, fruit and salinity all have a clear role, giving the whisky more shape than a one-dimensional heavily peated malt.
At 58.6% ABV and bottled at cask strength, Batch 4 keeps its forceful, undiluted presence. With no age statement, the emphasis sits firmly on style and impact rather than maturation age: a Kilkerran that puts intensity and distillate character in the foreground.
Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this hold a particular interest, especially when only the last bottles remain. It is a whisky for (…)Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 13
Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 13

Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 13 is a firmly built Campbeltown single malt, bottled at natural cask strength with an alcohol level of 58.6%. It is a whisky with real presence: heavily peated, oily in style and carrying the lightly maritime edge described as part of Glengyle Distillery's traditional character.
The maturation brings together bourbon and sherry casks, giving Batch 13 more than smoke alone. Sweetness, spice and peat sit close together, with the cask influence adding depth while leaving the smoky Campbeltown identity clearly in view.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of release we place with whiskies for drinkers who appreciate intensity without polish being added afterwards. It is non-chill filtered and bottled without colouring, (…)Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 14

Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 14
In stock
Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 14 is a strong example of how Glengyle Distillery brings powerful peat together with the distinctive Campbeltown style. The malt is peated to around 45 ppm, yet the whisky is not simply about smoke. The oily, maritime and refined Kilkerran character remains firmly in place.
Maturation took place in 90% bourbon casks and 10% sherry casks, giving this batch a mix of freshness, sweet malt and added depth. Bottled at cask strength at 58.3%, without chill filtration and without added colouring, it comes across as a direct and energetic expression of the Heavily Peated series.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to drinkers who enjoy Campbeltown single malt in a more intense, smoky form. With the (…)Kilkerran 8y Cask Strength Sherry

Kilkerran 8y Cask Strength Port is a Campbeltown single malt with a very clear direction: eight years of maturation, port cask influence and bottling at a full 57.9%. It keeps the whisky close to its natural strength, giving it a firm, direct presence rather than a softened drinking profile.
The port maturation points the character towards fruit and spice. Wood, peat smoke and salty notes are not the elements that define this release; the focus is more on the interplay between youthful strength and the fruit-led cask influence.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we place in front of someone looking for a compact but powerful Scottish single malt with a clear cask strength identity. With only the last bottles remaining, it also has the feel (…)Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 12

Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 12

Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 12 is a Campbeltown single malt with a clear peated focus, yet its sweetness remains an important part of the experience. This 2025 release in the Kilkerran Peat in Progress series is bottled at cask strength, at 58.4%, keeping the whisky close to its natural intensity.
The maturation gives useful context to its style: 90% bourbon casks and 10% sherry casks. That combination places the emphasis on sweeter, creamier tones, with the sherry influence playing a more restrained role. At eight years old, with pronounced peat and spice, it has a direct and energetic character rather than a heavily polished one.

Campbeltown Loch 2026
| 1 review
In stockCampbeltown Loch 2026 is a blended malt with a strong sense of place. It is made exclusively from single malts and brings together whisky from the active Campbeltown distilleries: Springbank, Glen Scotia and Glengyle. In that sense, it feels less like a standard blend and more like a compact introduction to Campbeltown in one bottle.
The town of Campbeltown, on the Kintyre peninsula, has a rich whisky history and today produces five different single malts: Hazelburn, Longrow and Springbank at Springbank, Glen Scotia at Glen Scotia, and Kilkerran at Glengyle. Campbeltown Loch includes malt from each of these five names, giving it a genuine regional identity.
Maturation in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks gives the whisky its generous, layered style. (…)
