Voyer Poire Cognac Creme is a French crème whose name gives the clearest clue to its identity: poire and cognac are the central references. It is a bottle built around a straightforward idea rather than a long list of technical details.
At 25% alcohol, it has enough presence to be taken seriously as a drink, while still belonging to the softer crème category. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place it in front of customers looking for a French speciality with a recognisable theme and a style that is easy to understand from the label itself.
As no further producer information or tasting notes are supplied, the most honest introduction is also the simplest one: a French Voyer crème focused on poire and cognac, bottled at 25%.
