Yaguara Cachaca is an organic white cachaça from Brazil, made with cocktails clearly in mind. It keeps the clean, lifted style expected from a white cachaça, but there is more going on beneath the surface than simple freshness.
Its character comes from an artisanal blend: one part has rested for 10 months, while a family recipe component has matured for 5 to 6 years in European oak casks. That combination gives Yaguara a more polished feel, while still keeping it highly relevant for mixed drinks.

Expected: 06/11/2026Yaguara Cachaca Still Strength shows cachaça in a direct, unsoftened form. This limited edition white cachaça is bottled undiluted at 48% and comes from the 2021 harvest. It was created in response to requests from bartenders around the world who wanted to work with cachaça as close as possible to its state coming off the still.
Unlike the classic Yaguara Cachaca, this version is not matured. It is bottled straight after distillation, so the focus stays on the raw character of the spirit itself and the clear expression of sugar cane.
