Vaudon 1996
On request only
Vaudon 1996 is a French cognac with its vintage character clearly at the centre. Distilled in 1996, it presents itself as a particular expression rather than a broad house-style bottling, with the year giving the bottle a clear sense of identity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see the appeal here in the way strength and elegance meet. The 48% ABV gives the cognac presence, while the supplied tasting notes point toward ripe fruit, floral detail and spiced wood rather than simple sweetness or heaviness.
The character is shaped by cherries and plums, a touch of pine wood, rose petals and orange peel. It is a cognac for moments when you want something aromatic, structured and expressive, with enough length to keep unfolding after the first sip.
