Sonoma 2nd Chance Wheat
On request only
Sonoma 2nd Chance Wheat is an American whiskey with a distinctive starting point: a wheat spirit made from unmalted Canadian wheat and malted rye from the UK. That already gives it a different angle within the bourbon category, moving away from the more familiar classic profile.
