Renegade Dunfermline Column 50

Renegade Dunfermline Column 50 is a Grenadian rum made from sugar cane juice rather than molasses. That matters, because it places the focus less on sweetness or wood influence and more on the spirit itself.
The name points to Dunfermline and to traditional column distillation, bottled at 50% ABV. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we would introduce to someone curious about sugar cane juice rum with a clearer, less oak-led profile.
With 4,368 bottles produced and the last bottles now available, this release also has a more finite feel than a permanent house expression. It has found its audience among drinkers looking for rum with a specific origin and a distinct production identity.

Renegade Dunfermline Pot

Renegade Dunfermline Pot is a Grenadian rum built around sugar cane juice and pot still distillation. Bottled at 50%, it has a confident presence, with the focus placed on style and origin rather than an age statement.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum that stands out because it feels clearly defined. Only 3796 bottles were released, and with the last bottles now in circulation, it is not a rum that will remain endlessly available.
Its profile points away from heavy wood influence and towards a more aromatic expression. Floral and fruity notes take the lead, with a lighter touch of spice and a vegetal undertone. For drinkers exploring rum through raw material and distillation, this Renegade offers a focused Grenada perspective.

Renegade Etudes New Bacolet
On request only
Renegade Etudes New Bacolet is a Grenadian rum with a clear focus on sugar cane juice, origin and distillation style. Made on a pot still, it sits firmly in the more characterful side of rum, rather than in a soft, sweet-led direction.
At 55% ABV, it has real presence. The release is limited to 6000 bottles, giving it a defined place within the Renegade Etudes range without making it feel distant or inaccessible. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we like to present to customers who are interested in where a spirit comes from and how it is made.
Its profile points to fruit and spice as the main themes, with lighter floral and woody accents around them. New Bacolet is therefore best understood as a firm, expressive rum built more around (…)Renegade Etudes Old Bacolet

Renegade Etudes Old Bacolet
In stock
Renegade Etudes Old Bacolet is a sugar cane juice rum from Grenada's south coast, grown in an area sheltered from the strong Atlantic winds. The cane comes from land set between two small rivers, with rich alluvial soils and a high water table. That gives this rum a clear sense of origin: it is tied closely to one specific place rather than presented as a broad house style.
For this release, Renegade uses the fast-growing cane variety known as 'Lodger', harvested from Theo's field in the area called the Silk Cotton Tree. It is a detail worth noting, because it places the raw material at the heart of the story.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Old Bacolet as a rum for drinkers who are curious about cane, origin and distillation. Pot still distilled and bottled (…)Renegade Hope Pot

Renegade Hope Pot
In stock
Renegade Hope Pot is a Grenadian rum built around sugar cane juice and pot still distillation, giving it a clear and expressive identity from the start. Rather than leaning on wood influence or sweetness, this release puts the distillate itself in the foreground, with a floral and fruity side supported by gentle spice and a vegetal edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of rum that broadens the conversation around the category. Bottled at 50%, it has a firm presence in the glass, yet the available profile points more towards aromatic clarity than heavy oak-driven weight.
With only the last bottles remaining, Renegade Hope Pot is becoming a scarcer sight in our selection. More information about the brand can be found at (…)Renegade Lake Antoine Lower

Pot still distillation and a bottling strength of 50% give it a clear presence in the glass. The supplied flavour profile points towards a floral and fruity style, with a modest vegetal note and a touch of spice, rather than a rum built around sweetness or oak influence.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Renegade release we like to present to customers who are curious about cane juice rum from Grenada and want something with a distinct sense of place. With the final bottles available, it is also a release that (…)Renegade Lake Antoine Upper

Renegade Lake Antoine Upper

Renegade Lake Antoine Upper shows a direct, characterful side of Grenadian rum: made from sugar cane juice, pot still distilled and bottled at a confident 50%. Rather than leaning on sweetness or oak-driven weight, it puts the focus on the spirit itself and the style behind this release.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we place in front of people who are curious about clearly defined, origin-led bottlings. The Lake Antoine Upper name gives this Renegade release its own place within the range, while the absence of an age statement keeps the attention on its distillate-driven personality.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would introduce to someone who enjoys rum with a defined origin and production identity. New Bacolet Pot points to a specific place and distilling style, while the release of 3,678 bottles gives it a clearly limited frame. Renegade Pearls Pot

Renegade Pearls Pot is a Grenadian rum made from sugar cane juice and distilled in a pot still. That already says quite a lot about its place in the rum world: this is not a wood-led or sweet-driven style, but a rum built around the direct character of the distillate.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle that speaks to curious rum drinkers looking beyond the more familiar aged profiles. Its character leans towards floral and spiced notes, with lighter fruity and vegetal accents, while oak does not take the lead. The 50% strength gives it a firm presence in the glass.
With 3,941 bottles produced and the indication that these are the last bottles, Renegade Pearls Pot also carries a clear sense of limitation. Rather than relying on an age (…)Renegade Single Farm Cuvee Lake Antoine

Renegade Single Farm Cuvee Lake Antoine
In stock
Renegade Single Farm Cuvee Lake Antoine is a Grenadian rum with a strong sense of place. It is built around sugar cane from the volcanic slopes near Lake Antoine, where the windy upper levels and the richer, water-fed lower ground each bring their own nuance to the cane.
The production story combines the weight of pot still distillation with the elegance of batch-column distillation, as described in the product information. Maturation in French and American oak adds structure without taking the focus away from the cane and the farm behind it.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we like to present to customers who are curious about origin and agricultural character in spirits. Bottled at 46%, it has enough presence to carry its flavours clearly, (…)Renegade Single Farm Cuvee Nursery

The appeal here lies in the way Renegade connects land, cane and distilling craft. Pot still distillation and a strength of 46% give the rum presence, while the tasting notes point to a style that remains detailed, moving between oak, fruit, floral nuance and spice.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we like to present to customers who are curious about cane juice rum and want to taste a more origin-driven side of the category. With the last bottles now (…)Renegade Westerhall

Renegade Westerhall
