The Cognac cask provides the maturation setting, but the main impression here is one of directness and concentration. At 63.6% ABV, Vibrasyon is clearly bottled with its strength intact, making it the kind of rum that asks for a little time and attention rather than casual sipping.

Papa Rouyo Viraj shows a more adventurous side of Guadeloupe rum while keeping its roots clearly in view. It is made from fresh sugar cane juice grown on the clay-limestone soils around Le Moule and distilled in the house pot still. That gives the rum a direct connection to its raw material and to the place it comes from.
After distillation in 2022, Viraj was transferred to ex-sherry casks for maturation. The casks add roundness, depth and a more layered feel, while the lively cane-driven expression remains central. Floral, fruity and spiced elements shape the profile, with wood playing a supporting rather than overpowering role.
