Oud Beersel Grapefruit Peel Lambiek Sparkling Infused

Oud Beersel Grapefruit Peel Lambiek Sparkling Infused is a Belgian beer with a very clear focus: lambiek infused with grapefruit peel and presented with a sparkling character. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that stands out for customers looking beyond conventional beer styles and towards something more citrus-led and expressive.
The mention of grapefruit peel is quite specific. It points to the zesty, peel-driven side of citrus rather than a broad fruit reference, giving the beer a defined theme from the outset. Combined with the sparkling element in the name, it suggests a lively take on lambiek where grapefruit is placed at the centre.
At 7% alcohol, it has enough weight to be enjoyed with attention, while the main attraction remains (…)Oud Beersel Green Walnut 2022
