Chandon Garden Spritz brings the idea of a spritz directly into a sparkling wine format, with orange, herbs and spice built into the drink rather than added at the last moment. It starts from Argentine Chandon Brut, made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sémillon from the Mendoza vineyards, and fermented twice before the aromatic macerate is added.
That macerate is made with natural extracts of orange peel, herbs and spices, including Valencia oranges in dried peel and zest form. No artificial colourings are used. The character is all about the meeting point between gentle sweetness, bitterness and a lively spiced edge.
