Bordiga Bitter Rosso

Bordiga Bitter Rosso is an Italian bitter liqueur with a firm aperitif character. At 21%, it is slightly stronger and more bitter than a typical aperitivo, giving it a little extra structure when mixed or served long.
Its personality comes from citrus, gentian and herbal notes. That makes it particularly well suited to classic serves such as the Negroni and Americano, where a bitter needs enough presence to stand up in the drink without losing its freshness.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Bordiga Bitter Rosso as a good choice for anyone who enjoys a more pronounced bitter style, whether in a cocktail or simply topped with a little soda. It has the kind of clear Italian bitter profile that brings definition to an aperitif moment.

In stockBordiga Bitter Verde revives the old Amaricante Verde, bringing back its herbal, floral character and unmistakable green colour. At 20%, this Italian bitter is clearly built around botanicals rather than simple sweetness or colour alone.
Bordiga's strength lies in its approach to alpine medicinal herbs. The botanicals are wild, hand-picked and dried at high altitude by mountain communities in an unspoiled environment. They are harvested without machines, pesticides, fertilisers or fungicides, with careful attention to quality and respect for nature. Production follows the seasons and climate variations, after which the Master Distillers inspect the herbs and select only the best for processing.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bitter that tells (…)Branca Menta
