Bordiga Bitter Rosso is an Italian bitter liqueur with a firm aperitif character. At 21%, it is slightly stronger and more bitter than a typical aperitivo, giving it a little extra structure when mixed or served long.

Bordiga's strength lies in its approach to alpine medicinal herbs. The botanicals are wild, hand-picked and dried at high altitude by mountain communities in an unspoiled environment. They are harvested without machines, pesticides, fertilisers or fungicides, with careful attention to quality and respect for nature. Production follows the seasons and climate variations, after which the Master Distillers inspect the herbs and select only the best for processing.
