Limonio Amaro Bitter is an Italian amaro built on infusion rather than maturation. Herbs, roots and orange are combined with sugar and water, while the alcohol comes from the distillation of Sicilian grapes. That gives the liqueur a clear Italian foundation without needing to lean on oak or ageing.
