The 15 aphrodisiac herbs, elderflowers & woodland strawberries for Forest Dry Valentine Gin are 100% organically grown and harvested on our own farm. They are first macerated and then distilled - arranging the herbs in two layers at the top of the still, to achieve exceptionally intense aromas.

Once they have brought the gin to the desired proof with a mild grain alcohol, they let it rest for several weeks to achieve perfect harmony between the special aromas and flavours. The inspired combination of freshly picked elderflowers and woodland strawberries gives a subtle perfume with floral overtones reminiscent of Dry Gin Spring and Summer and an approaching new romance. Mix with Erasmus Bond Classic Tonic, and add ice cubes and strawberries or elderflower.
