UNIZO E-Commerce Label

Since May 2022, we have been the holder of the official UNIZO E-Commerce Label .

This means that our webshop has been audited by an independent legal agency and that we have signed the regulations associated with the UNIZO E-Commerce label. These regulations are available at www.unizo.be/e-commerce where you can also go to settle complaints or disputes out of court via the UNIZO complaints procedure.

As a consumer, you thus know that our webshop meets the legal requirements for e-commerce and that you can count on the following guarantees:
